Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Our appt. was scheduled for 10am and Nabil called at 8:45am to confirm the appt. and arrived on time. He went over everything that needed to be done, and quickly got to work. He finished at 11:45am, showing us the final product and making sure that we were happy with the work. He did a fabulous job!!! The furniture is buck suede and I was initially concerned about it not looking the same or getting damaged from the cleaning process, but it looks brand new. Nabil informed us that it would take about 3 hours to dry and the buck suede would be once again nice and soft. I was especially pleased to see all the stains removed and the deodorizer smells great! Being that we have 2 dogs and a young child, we will most likely get this done once a year (or more often if needed) and we will definitely use this company again.

They cleaned the vents and the entire vent system in the house. They were fast, neat, clean, and efficient. They left no mess behind for me to clean. They were very nice, friendly, and courteous. I was impressed by how well the work was done in the time it took them to do it.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning results in my home. It has been almost 2 months since they were cleaned and I have not seen stains reappear. I had 5 rooms cleaned and two were very stained with spills from kids and pets. Rafael and Tom arrived promptly and were very professional in explaining the process and the various services offered. They cleaned the carpets very well and only applied extra treatments where necessary. We added scotch guard to the two heavy-traveled rooms and it has really made a difference in the amount of dirt that stays on the carpet. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when I need my carpets cleaned.

Nabil was terrific. He worked hard, neatly and quickly. The furniture looks brand new again. It all looks and smells clean. We have a person in the house who is sensitive to chemicals and strong odors and have had bad experiences before with other cleaning companies who left an overpowering sweet smell. After explaining my concern, Nabil thoughtfully let me have a sniff of the mixture before he used it (a nice faint lemon). I am very happy with the results and would use this company again. When I first called to inquire about their services, the woman over the phone was very nice. She explained the process of how to use the Big Deal as well as scheduling for the services. Two guys came to the house on time. One guy worked on the carpet, while the other cleaned the vents. They certainly did a great job and we will definitely use them again.

Great! On our original date there was a big snowstorm, and they called the night before to reschedule me to another day that was convenient for me. They gave me a 2 hour window, Nabil called when he was on his way with an exact time and showed up when promised. I thought that they would do a steam cleaning, but Express Dry does the carpet cleaning with the rotary machine. Because we didn't have a lot of soil, they didn't have to use very much water, so the floors were dry very quickly, and the furniture did not have to be moved or put up on styrofoam. This was nice since we were all moving about the house all day. We had one ottoman which needed a good cleaning, and they brought in the steam clean machine to clean that off for us as well, all included! Nabil even cleaned up one spot on the basement carpet that we hadn't been able to clean ourselves and didn't charge us extra! He used the deodorizer during the cleaning, and brushed the carpets afterwards (although I ruined the clean look when I had to walk down the hall before the whole job was done). Overall, the carpets look great, smell great and we're very happy with the cleaning and the price.

It was good. I liked it. My impression of the people that did the cleaning was good. I was satisfied with their service. I got what I expected.

Excellent. Had to cancel one day because of snow, but gave me my first choice for rescheduling. Showed up on time. I didn't have as many living areas with wall-to-wall carpet as the deal covered, so they - without asking - volunteered to clean an area rug in the family room. Very nice!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job. I sent them an email and it wasn't until I contacted Angie again that they finally called me. The issue was just getting them to respond. The work was fine and the workmen were great. They were here when they said they would be here. I would use them again.

I contacted Express Dry Carpet Cleaning to ask about cleaning my mother's carpet. The technician, Nabil, arrived promptly after calling to let us know he was enroute. He did a great job, the carpet dried quickly as promised and I will not hesitate to use this company again.

They did an excellent job in cleaning my oriental rug that had been stored in the garage for several months. They came to the house when scheduled and were very professional and courteous. The rug was returned on time. I would definitely use them again, not only for rug cleaning but for the other services they offer.

They came and cleaned my air ducts. The rep was friendly, prompt, quick and seemed to know what he was doing. I have never had my air ducts cleaned before and cannot evaluate the performance well as I don't have a reference. I had expected something different. The guy hooked up a vacuum to the base unit to suck up the dust and used something to beat the ducts at each intake vent as well a vacuum for the vents. He did a good job of patching the hole in the base unit that was made for the vacuum.

They were very helpful, they were good. They very nice. They honored my big deal coupon even though it had expired. Very efficient, very nice to deal with.

Called before arriving to say they were delayed. Still arrived within reasonable window. Purchased an Angies List Big Deal for 5 areas and expected to be told that my 5 areas exceeded the square footage or something so I'd have to pay extra. That didn't happen. Neither was there a hard sell to buy any extra services. They just explained what they offered--no pressure. Was satisfied with the quality of the work. Both gentlemen were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I'd use them again.

Very prompt and professional service from start to finish. Made an appointment and they came out the next day. Vaughn was on time and went right to work. He did a great job on my basement and three bedrooms/hall/stairs. He removed a lot of stains that I honestly didn't think would come out. He took extra time (2+ hours) to ensure he could get the best result and I could tell. I opted for the additional "deodorizer" (extra $40). It wasn't a strong scent but the carpet smelled fresh when completed. I was really surprised at how quickly the carpet dried, and unlike other carpet cleanings I've had, this didn't leave a damp smell. I would definitely use them again.

Provider arrived on time. Completed work was excellent. Employes were friendly helpful and efficient. This is the second time I have used this company and based on the level of service provided, I will definitely use again.

Many stains were left but they did the best job they could. There was a LOT of dirt.

Nabil and his partner were very thorough and professional. Some of the carpet had some bad stains and they worked hard to remove those. They called before they came and arrived at the time they promised.

The gentleman were on time, professional, and performed Saturday work, which helped me greatly so I didn't have to take more time off work. They were quick and efficient. I moved into a new condo where the previous owners had dogs. Even after changing the floors, you could still smell the dogs. The air has been very fresh since the air duct cleaning. They even took a look at my dryer vents for me, which was above and beyond. I highly recommend this service if you need some freshening up.

These guys were great!!! My dryer vent set-up is not optimal - there is a long vent pipe which eventually exits the house underneath a staircase, all located in a very tight utility space - but the two technicians didn't complain. They set about evaluating the situation in a very professional and cheerful manner, and before long, had discovered that the vent pipe was no longer attached to the exterior vent, but had for some time been blowing lint into a crawlspace! They cleaned out the pipe and the crawlspace, reattached the pipe and strapped it to a wall for support, all at no extra charge. (I tipped them, of course!) I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Cleaned our whole upstairs carpeting which included 4 bedrooms. We still have soot marks left along the edges of the carpet that just wouldn't come out. They told us that it is from air ducts that were not cleaned by the prior owners. That is motivation to get on a duct cleaning schedule! All went well though and they did a nice job
