Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

Nabil was great. Called when he was on his way, walked me through what he was going to do, then spent a long time doing a great job (one of the sofas was embarrassingly dirty I must say). He did such a good job I paid a little extra to do a couple rugs and another sofa on the spot. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Nabil was right on time, and called when he was on his way. He did a great job, even with some stubborn stains. My carpets and sofa/chair look and smell great. I would definitely use him again!

Because the work involved was not fully covered by the deal we paid extra. There was a mix up with overpayment but Shouki was very good about it and even gave a discount - clearly a company that understands reputation means a lot!

They showed up on schedule, and even assisted us in moving a few things that should have been moved before their arrival. One person cleaned the ducts while the other cleaned the carpet -- the 2-person crew was efficient on the customer's time and effective in getting the job done! They were both professional and friendly.

Came very promptly, Saturday, after previous provider failed to show. Very polite, experienced. Gave advice when requested, and did not do "sales job". Seemed very knowledgeable due to years of experience.

They were punctuate and actually ahead of time. They are kind enough to come all the way from Rockville to Vienna and for that I am grateful. Since I was not home to see how they clean my carpets, I really could not compare much.

It went extremely well. Nabil arrived on time and immediately went to work. He explained what he was doing offered tips on keeping the carpet looking new and even went out of his way doing some spot removal (free of Charge) which we hadn't contracted for. Nabi was extremely efficient and polite. Based on our experience we made arrangements for him to come back and finish the rest of our home, the main level and upstairs.

Great customer service. I had to reschedule for later the same day, and they were accommodating. The two service men were friendly and informative. They did a walk through with me before cleaning, and then after, explaining what their plans were and then showing me results. The only thing that I would suggest is that they wear booties while inside the house. Other than that, I was very pleased with their work.

My experience was good. They were prompt and courteous in our home. They were professional and did an excellent job. Scheduling went well and they gave us a two hour window of when they may come to do the work and they were on time. I would highly recommend their service.

It was great. Loved working with them. Basement smelled really really nice when they were done.

Some stains removed but not all. No furniture was moved, so not all of the room cleaned.

Express Carpet Dry was awesome. Scheduling was easy and they offered the Angie's list discounted price as advertised. Nabil, the serviceman, called in advance to let me know he was coming and when he would arrive. He showed up with a huge new like machine and his own rug to keep from messing up my doorway. He worked hard - sweated - while carefully vacuuming and cleaning each sofa cushion, the sofa itself, and the rug it was on! I asked him for a quote to clean the rug in my baby's nursery and he did it for free. He was a pleasure and I'm so relieved that my once stinky family sofa is clean and fresh again. Thanks Nabil!

Very agreeable. I had to change date a couple of times. No problem. Work proceeded well. Gentleman was pleasant and helpful. Carpets look a thousand times better. I definitely recommend this company.

We were very happy with the service provided. We asked them to do additional work while they were here. Excellent customer service. We will definitely use them again when we have the upstairs cleaned. Highly recommend!!

I purchased their Angie's List deal of "Sofa & Chair Upholstery Cleaning for $89" because I had company coming over for the holidays and needed more places for people to sit. I have had a loveseat in the garage for two years and a "curb-side rescued" sofa that I didn't want to bring into the house unless they were cleaned. So I found and bought this coupon. I wasn't home when the technician came, but my mother was and she said they did a very thorough job on cleaning them both. They cleaned them outside and didn't help/offer to help bring them into the house, but I'm not sure if that is their normal policy. At any rate, when I got home from work the sofa and love seat were cold and nearly frozen-wet (winter time in Northern Virginia), but they thawed out very quickly when I got them into the house. The sofa went upstairs into a bedroom and the love seat went into the living room and both were dry by the next day. Even though I wasn't there, I believe they did a good, thorough job and was so happy that they didn't charge extra for the fact it was a sofa and loveseat, not a sofa and a chair. The sofa was small and the loveseat wasn't too big either, so I'm glad they were flexible with that. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The results are awesome. Their work breathed new life into an old carpet and I am very satisfied with how it turned out. I was also impressed with how quickly the carpets dried within the hour. I would definitely use them again.

They missed our original appointment, but were able to reschedule for the next day. They were easy to work with and did a good job but double booked us and missed the first appointment.

Haven't had the service yet due to lack of responsiveness.

- they listened to what I had to say and offered suggestion as to what the problem was with my dryer (it wasn't a clogged vent) - they really wanted to clean my rugs, but I don't need that service - they left a bit of a mess outside, nothing awful, just visible and I think they could have been more careful - arrived on time, did the work quickly, were nice folks

This company is great. They provided all services purchased and added extra cleaning at no extra charge. They also left me a spot remover to use without charging me for it. I have never had a carpet cleaning service clean my carpets so thoroughly and put so much effort into the cleaning. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. It was fine. There were no problems. They were prompt. They came back when a stain didn't come out.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt and very professional. They did a walk through with me prior to the start of the work. They did allergy cleaning for me because the previous owners had dogs that I was allergic to.

Nabiz was great. He called before he came, helped me move my furniture, then did a great job on my rug. The price was much lower then any other and took much less time.
