Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

We had a little glitch in scheduling but they rescheduled promptly and came out the next day. They vacuumed out the ducts, which they said were not that dirty, but I didn't see the amount of dirt vacuumed out and they did not have a video screen to show before and after so I am not so sure of the quality. However, they said their equipment was the most powerful suction vacuum in the industry and the people were very nice and professional.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The workman showed up on time, worked efficiently, treated my home and furniture respectfully, and was exceedingly polite. My carpets look and smell great, and the price was a bargain.

They were extremely easy to work with, from the scheduling to the carpet cleaning. Raphael, the technician, arrived on time as promised and was professional and courteous. Even though my carpet is old, he did a good job with the cleaning. I would definitely use him again.

Unfortunately, we have to use a lot of cleaners in our house due to the pets (but we still love them). This is the first time using Express, but I think we will make them our go to for any future cleanings. Our technician - Nabil - was very thorough but also quick, and the price of the cleaning was definitely lower than other services we have used. Nabil was also good at explaining the cleaners he was using and his techniques. The sofa and chair look great and the pet smells are all gone.

They were very friendly on the phone when I made the appointment. They called before they came and showed up on time. Two gentlemen came out and they were friendly and professional. They had to work around my Painter and they were very accommodating in that regard. I would refer this company and use them again.

The technician (Rafael) called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He arrived in the scheduled 2 hour window. Rafael was professional and pleasant. He explained the process to me, answered my questions, and recommended a stain treatment ( which I agreed to be applied to 3 areas for the additional cost). The carpets look & smell better, however they are still drying. The tech was able to get some of the old stains out which was great. The carpet on the stairs doesn't look much better, however the carpet is pretty worn (this is a rental). I had 5 areas cleaned plus the stairs.

Nabil came today and did an excellent job cleaning our sofa and carpet. He was on time and very quick and effective. I would definitely recommend Express Dry carpet and plan to use them again in the future. Thanks!

We have 3 dogs and a lot of stains on the carpets. We've done a lot of damage with carpet cleaners that bleached out the color and we'd tried to take care of the cleaning ourselves many times. After numerous failed attempts we decided to hire a professional and reached out to Carpet Express for an estimate. Nabil came that day and gave us an estimate and details about what we could expect from the service. We scheduled an appointment for Monday and asked for Nabil specifically. The carpet looks very improved and we're very pleased with his professionalism and the results.

Nabil, the technician from Express Clean phoned about half an hour before arrival. He explained the process and got to work right away. The carpets, love seat and sofa look new! This is the second time that I have used Express Carpet. Really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail that Nabil brought to the job. He finished in 2 hours and since it was dry cleaning, everything was dry in about 2 hours! Would highly recommend them for your next carpet cleaning.

Nabil from Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and what to expect in terms of how long it would take for the furniture to dry. Nabil is a man who obviously knows his business well. It was a pretty simple job and it was completed quickly and professionally. Nabil also helped me move the sofa from the garage into the basement, which he didn't have to do and was Greatly appreciated. My appointment timeframe was scheduled from 11 AM - 1 PM on a Saturday. I didn't hear from them during that timeframe so I assumed that due to the weather (it snowed that week) that they were delayed or postponed. Since I needed to postpone an earlier appointment and I had always indicated that I was flexible it wasn't a big deal, especially since it was a Saturday. Not many vendors have Saturday appointments and I was glad to get a Saturday appointment. I would definitely recommend Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, and would use them again.

The cleaning person Nabil was very friendly and professional. He did my floor in fine details and also showed me how to take good care of the floor on regular daily use. Great service and would recommend him to others when there is a need for carpet cleaning.

I am a repeat customer. Shouki gave me a good price ($129.95) for deep cleaning two carpets with only two days notice. When the guy arrived, he said the rooms were too big for the quoted price. The family room is 23' x 14'4'' and the sun room is 17.5' x 19'. Both were empty. I was very disappointed since Shouki never brought up size. We finally agreed the sun room, which has had little traffic, could do with just a regular cleaning while the family room, highly used and very stained, really needed the deep cleaning would be done for the quoted price. When he completed the job, both carpets looked much improved -- brighter and cleaner, he used a very fragrant lemony deodorizer for the deep cleaning -- and I was satisfied with the results despite the initial snag.

It was a terrible experience. I don't think they knew what they were doing. They over-saturated my couch. I had to take all of the cushion covers off to dry. After it had dried, there were lines all over the couch. They had to come back out to fix the problem. I would not use them again in the future.
