Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning did a good job. The best part if he is on time and he seems to know what he was doing. The worst part about it is it seems like the stain sort of resurfaced a day or so later, not bad, I mean it's not going to look like a brand new carpet, I think he did a good job. I find him a little annoying sometime when they try to push more product and I think a lot of times they tell you not to clean with cleaners because they want you to call them. I don't like the sales pitches. I'm looking around trying to see if stains that were there before they came are gone. I have some dog stains because we have a dog and when we first got her she had some accidents in the house and I had spark clean those spots but hadn't gotten them all the way out and I know he didn't either and I don't know if I should expect cleaners to get out the stain totally or not. I don't want to put them down because I'm expecting too much. I probably would use them again.

Nabil did an amazing job! Our carpets were really dirty, with heavily stained areas from pets. He called before arrival, was right on time and was extremely professional. He cleaned each of the areas and they've never looked better! He was able to remove stains that other companies could not. I am very pleased with the work performed and I highly recommend Nabil and will ask for him next time as well!

Nabil called ahead to confirm the day before and day of, and arrived a few minutes before expected. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and offered to try cleaning printer ink stains from the carpet in a 3rd bedroom (which I considered a lost cause and planned to replace.) The carpets look far better than I expected and were almost dry before he left. They aren't 100% but for 20 years old, they look great. Highly recommend.

The appointment was easy to schedule. The guys showed up on-time, were very friendly and professional and the work was performed well. We were having our carpets and ducts cleaned primarily because the previous owner had pets and we have allergies. They worked with us to figure out what Angie's list deals applied best. They did excellent work - the carpets looked new again, the ducts were clean and overall the house smells so much better.
