It was a very good experience and they were very professional. They sent us an email confirmation the day before the appointment and called before they came as well. They showed up a little early, introduced themselves and were willing to work with me on the additional work I was requesting. They were quick and knew what they were doing.

The service turned out well. They were flexible with scheduling and they explained everything with the air ducts. He let me know how to turn the system off and on. He offered a good deal on carpet cleaning but we did not do it as we are taking the carpet out. He showed up on time and he was very thorough. He explained the sanitizing and he let me know how often the vents should be cleaned. I would use them again for service.

Showed up a few minutes ahead of time, worked hard, and is very knowledgeable about carpet. Nabil process seems more thorough than some of his competitors. Nabil had suggestions for future carpet upkeep. Seems to beat all of his competitors on price.

Nabil was very professional and through. He gave me tips on spot cleaning when accidents happen. He walked me through all the work he was going to do. The price for the work was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the process. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

Provider showed up on time and was very professional. Cleaned all areas in timely manner and also provided extra services at no charge as I was moving into my new (but previously owned) place. Carpet looked great afterward and dried quickly as stated. I would definitely use them again as they are very customer oriented which I value very much!

From start to finish it went very well. When I called to schedule, the rep was accommodating and helpful. The guys who came out called in advance, said they'd be here at 2:30pm and got here right about on the dot. The setup and the work was very clean. The guys made helpful suggestions for service and I ended up taking them up on it. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

I had a window of 3-5 PM and Nabil called me to let me know that he will be in the parking lot around 2:45 PM. I told him that I won't be able to let him in until 3 and he had no problems waiting. He performed the carpet cleaning services very well - being thorough in his cleaning, and he had a hard time getting my dog's hair out and therefore used a brush to scrub the dog hair out of the high-trafficked dog areas. When I came back, he asked me to inspect all the rooms. I did and am very detail oriented about the services so I asked if he could redo some of the areas and he didn't complain. He went back to his truck and brought up some of his tools and redid the requested areas. He kept repeating to me that he wanted to make sure I was happy before he left (and he said this not expecting a tip). I did end up giving him a tip because I felt that his service went above and beyond the scope of the job. He was very appreciative and even offered some advice on how to reduce some of the tracking of pet hair in the condo now that the carpets were cleaned. I had a few rugs I didn't get cleaned that had pet hair on it, and he offered to roll them up in anticipation of the housemaid service coming in the following day. I was very happy with the service.

I specifically needed them to come out because some fabric on my sofa was crusty. They did a good job, and they even came back a second time to try to fix that since it was still crusty. They did get all the cat hair off too. They were responsive to my contact with them, but they mentioned that it might be the fabric. I did pay extra for another chair, but they did my 3 ottomans for free.

My experience went very well. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly while visiting. The pricing is reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

Nabil was great. Before cleaning the carpet, he picked up nails and vacuumed up mess left by other contractors. He also helped bring furniture upstairs that I wanted to clear out of the house. The carpet looks wonderful.

I bought their Angie's List Big Deal. They brought in shampoo equipment. The two technicians were courteous but evidently inexperienced, leaving behind wide bands of stripes in my family room, and splotchy marks in the master bedroom. The company sent out another tech, who re-cleaned the family room but this time followed the shampoo treatment with a plastic rake. He made the splotchy area in the master bedroom look much better - but the splotches came back a few weeks later. So did the soil on the stairs. Turns out, there was a lot of soap residue left in my carpet (discovered by the carpet cleaner that came out to fix it, using hot steam extraction).

There were grate and on time. did not try to sell us any more than what we asked for. My husband was so happy that he refers a friend at work to use them. the next day. I guy that came even had dog treats in his pocket and asked if he could give one to our dog. That was so sweet.

They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet, the technician arrived later than scheduled but they called throughout the day to let me know the status.

The workers were very punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. They were polite, professional, and worked with focus and attention. The were careful with my belongings and did their best to not be intrusive. It was a breeze to make the appointment. All of my questions were answered and the appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. One gentleman worked on the air ducts, while the other attended to the carpet cleaning. They have a very efficient and effective system in place. I plan to use the service again when I move into a new home next month.

Nabil did an excellent job on our carpets. Primarily the carpets were dirty from just daily traffic. But in three areas they were especially stained by our dog who is getting quite old and forgetful. From what I can see, all the stains are gone and our carpets look so much cleaner and brighter. I will definitely use Nabil and Express Carpet Cleaning again.

Went really quickly and it was amazing how much gunk they got out of the system! had clearly been decades since it had been done...system runs better now and its healthier air!
