Nabil called to let me know he was on his way and arrived timely. He explained everything he was going to do and is a hardworking and personable man. He did a wonderful job on my sofa (I have multiple pets) which wasn't particularly dirty, but did have that unavoidable pet hair in the nap that he got out. I have many rugs and he asked how I usually cleaned them. I told him I send them out (to a well-known company in the area) and, as a demonstration, he cleaned a rug for me that had just gotten dirtied the day before. I am completely taken aback to learn from Nabil that an excellent cleaning job can be accomplished on wool rugs without having to send them out as I have been doing for years. Instead of sending my wool rugs out (for a couple of weeks) for cleaning and spending hundreds more, I will be asking for Nabil to come to my house and clean my rugs in the future. I am very happy with this company.

They called and came early, which was fine by me. They brought the equipment in and got started. Everything went smoothly and in very short order they had done the job. At all times they were courteous and gave no cause for concern. We will use them again for sure.

Nabil was professional, and explained what he would be doing. He was delayed due to severe rain and flooding, but he came anyway, working well past his shift until after 7 p. m., which is rare, these days. The sofa had never been cleaned in the 5 years since we purchased it, and now it looks awesome! I highly recommend Express Dry and will be turning to them when we tackle the duct-cleaning project.

Great. Nabil was originally supposed to clean an old cheap sofa and the carpet, but when he saw that the sofa was of cheap material, he suggested that I save my money and just cover it since it would never come clean. I really appreciated his honesty when he could have just taken my money knowing that he couldn't help me. As for the carpet, it looks great. It is clean and smells wonderful. All of my pet stains are gone. I will use this company again for sure.

The provider just brought a shop vac to clean out the dryer vents. I doubt that the shop vac had enough suction to meaningfully clean out the dryer vents. The larger problem is that the coupon I purchased should have indicated that the service was limited to dryers on lower floors. My dryer vents are located on the upper floor of my townhouse. The provider could not clean these vents from the outside because they did not bring a ladder.

Showed up as scheduled and professionally cleaned all the duct work. The air quality is so much better now!

Company showed up on time, and inspected all my air ducts, and cleaned them all. It took about an hour, and he did a great job. Will use company again.

The service was A++ from start to finish. Nabil was more than prompt, extremely friendly and courteous. He got started before I got home and there was a mix up on which couch was to be cleaned - so with a smile, he just got started on the second one. He worked fast, got out all the stains, and even showed me the dirty water in the machine to prove what had been removed from the couches. Great experiences all the way around.

I purchased the Big Deal for complete home air duct cleaning for $149 and added on a dryer vent cleaning, which is usually $59 but was discounted to $44. I was contacted that day to schedule and called in to do so. They were available on all three dates I had suggested and provided a two-hour arrival window. At the beginning of the arrival window, they called to notify me that they were about 45 minutes out. I was not able to be present for the actual cleaning, but my roommate let them in. She stated that they were very professional and honest about the fact that the ducts were relatively clean, as well as providing useful tips on maintenance. I was very satisfied and would recommend them.

Nabil was on time and worked quickly and informed me of what he was doing. There was one particularly bad stain that he got out. The whole house smells clean.

Very happy with the job, especially since I had had to re-schedule multiple times due to family issues. Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning was very easy to work with from making the appointment to the services performed. The technicians Tiran & Dave were professional and informed me of every step in the cleaning process. I would use Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning again and would recommend them to friends.

I liked them both but I'm still not sure of what kind of a job they did. I expected them to get into the vents more thoroughly. They said that they did what they said they'd do and it was sufficent. I didn't get an answer when I asked them about the dirt in the vent in the kitchen when I looked in it after they had finished.

I am not sure as it lasted from time start to time end 10 minutes. Two carpet guys came, one sprayed the area with a spray bottle. The other one then used a buffing machine that went around. After all was done, I asked if they had even vacuumed. Apparently, they do not vacuum and do not use steam cleaning. Well, I wish they would tell me the process before they start and not leave so fast. I was left wondering what just happened. I was told with the electromagnetic with buffing, wait till the carpets were dry to vacuum. I don't quite understand carpet cleaning and no vacuuming at all?! The last time I had carpet cleaning, they vacuumed, steam cleaned, and took longer than 10 min for sure. My carpets were about a year old and relatively stain free to begin with. So there was not much for them to get out. Even so, that buffer machine was big like for hardwood floors and would not be able to get in small corners or between furniture. It did not feel thorough, how could it with no vacuuming and spray and buff swivel machine on the surface only. Not sure what to grade as far as value overall.

I purchased an Angie's list deal for $149 which said "carpet cleaning and stain protection" for 4 areas; I was a little surprised when the company rep, Vaughn, looked at my carpet and said that I would need to pay an extra $60 for a "deep cleaning" -this surprised me, but I agreed. The carpet did turn out to look good and he cleaned an extra area for me, but I really would have liked to know that there would be an extra charge for "deep cleaning".

The service provider was punctual and professional. We did a walk through to discuss the areas I wanted cleaned and he confirmed price before he started. He was also pretty fast as well. When he finished the top floor he notified me to go and let him know if I approved and I did. It's the cleanest the carpet has ever been!! I will definitely be using them again!
