Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

The service was professional. They were on time and professional. Great price point. I can not be sure of the quality of work because they cleaned the ducts and I can not see the difference. But the workers told me that the ducts were mostly clean prior to their service. I assume the work was done correctly and so forth. I would use them again.

I had a deep shag white area rug and the same deep shag white wall to wall carpet installed in a small area that was to be cleaned. When the technician arrived he informed me that they could not clean the shag carpeting or rug. They were only able to clean one small area of wall to wall carpet, that was not shag carpet. They did an ok job on that area, which was only lightly soiled. They created a dark line across each edge of the room and I had to ask them to clean the edges. Since they cannot clean shag, they should either note that on their website or inquire of the client whether they have shag carpet. I had pre-paid for them to clean an 11 foot navy blue velvet sectional sofa. When the technician was done it looked dramatically worse than before it was cleaned! I felt sick looking at the condition of my sectional couch. It looked like a crushed velvet sofa with the nap going in multiple directions, the color mottled and the spots still visible. It no longer looked a rich navy blue, it looked more like a drab slate blue in many areas. We had discussed whether he should use chemicals or not and I told him I had only used water to steam clean it previously. Somehow he misunderstood and used the chemicals on it instead. The tech agreed that the couch looked terrible. He called his company to ask them what he should do. To their credit, they did try to make it right, unsuccessfully however. The tech was told to re-clean it and to pull all the nap in one direction. He spent hours trying to get it to look right. The bottom line is: despite his hours of effort, when he was finished my previously deep navy blue sectional looked a dull slate blue. It still had streaks in it that showed different shades of blue. It was saturated and took 2 1/2 days to dry with me standing the cushions on end and rotating them regularly. The nap was stiff and flattened out. I spent hours trying to brush and vacuum the nap back to a soft even finish, with very limited success. The sectional looked so much better before they cleaned it. It is discolored and now looks worn due to the dull slate blue effect compared to the areas that are still navy blue. On the positive side, the tech was polite and did want to correct the situation. If I had not prepaid for the sectional, I would not have paid them since they damaged my sectional. They did not offer to refund my payment. That would not have compensated for what they did to my furniture, but it would have been a good will gesture on their part. They tried, but failed. I will never use this company again. They were beyond their competence level in attempting t clean my sectional. I would not recommend anyone with high quality furniture use this company to clean it. UPDATE: The owner called me the next day (5-2-14) concerned about the review and stated he would refund my $250 and the check would be sent the next day. It has now been more than a month and I have not received anything from him. I planned to improve my review based on his concerned phone call, but he has failed again. It is appropriate for him to refund the $250 I paid. The refund doesn't restore the condition of my sectional sofa, but it would at least represent a good faith gesture.. Very disappointing experience.

I used someone to clean the carpets about a year ago. It was Express Dry Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning that I used. They were nice. The only thing I quested was that I thought I was getting deep cleaning but they came with kind of a carpet cleaner that I could have bought at the store so it was a little confused. After they were done the carpet was clean enough but it didn't seem like it had a deep cleaning. I think it was okay. If I had to rate it 1 out of 5, I would probably rate it at 3. It wasn't excellent service. They were nice but job wise it was just an okay job. If you come and clean my carpets then you come and clean my carpets but they didn't seem like they are that much cleaner. They clean one room but that's fair because that's all the carpet I have in my condo. I probably will not hire them again in the future.

He did a very good job and explained things to me and offered sanitation. I told him my sons have asthma so I didn't know if it was a good idea, instead of trying to make the sell, he said that I may not want to because of that- I really appreciate the honesty of this man! They were supposed to be here between 10:00-12:00 but were short a technician so called to ask if they could come between 1:00-3:00 instead and they called on their way to let me know they were coming- which is very helpful since I had a window and didn't know exactly when they would arrive. Overall it was a very good experience and I will use them in the future to clean our air ducts.

It's been far too long since I last cleaned my carpet, and I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. Nabil was punctual, professional, and friendly. He took his time cleaning my carpets and offered tips and tricks throughout the process. Afterward, my carpets looked brand new. I'll be returning next year when my carpets need cleaning again. Nabil was assigned to our home and was the utmost professional. He called us before he came to give us the time he would be there which was within the window we originally set up. Nabil took the time to review what we needed and walked the house with us explaining the process. We had many areas where drinks had spilled or our dog had an accident and all of them seemed to have been eliminated. Also, the steps had shoe marks on the front of the stairs which also seem to be gone. The results were fantastic! We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past with mixed reviews and carpets which stayed wet for weeks. Our carpets were dry by the time Nabil left. We will most certainly use Express Dry Carpet Cleaning again and again! We will also ask for Nabil to be assigned as he was wonderful! Thank you!

I scheduled time off for this but the provider called hours early to come. Had to ensure that they would come in the original window as scheduled. They did. The cleaning was not effective. I will call in another company to do what they did not.

Hi Everyone! Today I had Express Dry Carpet clean 4 areas of living space in my mother's home. Nabil was the carpet cleaner sent and he did a wonderful job! He called before arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would. I was actually unloading groceries in my driveway and he even helped me get them all inside before he began. He went above and beyond removing stains that were left behind by my mothers pets. The carpet looks like brand new and I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely hire Express Dry Carpet in the future!

They were very prompt. They checked out all the vents and everything and got right to work. They left everything very clean and we are very pleased with their service.

The carpet cleaning was okay. They were in and out quickly and did a pretty good job. However, they did not move any of the furniture back after they had moved it out to clean.
