.I was amazed at how clean my carpet looked after they finished! They look like new again. They got all the stains out that I never expected would come out. They did a much better job than some companies I've used in the past who charged three times more. They also did not upsell. Nabil and his partner Cederic called a few minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. They started working as soon as they arrived. They are both very professional and very courteous. They even got down on their knees and hand brushed hard to reach areas and to scrub the old stains out. I would definitely use Express Dry Carpet Cleaning again in the future, and I would ask for Nabil and his partner! They are a no frills company, they just do the job and do it right! Very impressed with them.

The price was very good. They came and they were very efficient. They sprayed some sort of water and brushed my couch a little bit. It was not a deep cleaning, but the things looked much better. It was a good job. There were two guys and they were very efficient. I have no complaints. I just thought with the cleaning, it would be more like using soap & something else. It was just using air, water and the brush; but it did a good job. These guys were competent. The price is very reasonable for two guys. They came and did all these things on time & so forth.

The man did a good job through the end. He didn't rush the whole thing. Upstairs where he started he did a wonderful job. He's prompt, kind, and fantastic. The price was fair.

the services they offer were not what i expected so i decided to go with a different provider. they explained everything they could do but it was less than adequate for what i needed

OK, there was dirt from the vents on my desk and computer that came out after the cleaning. There were still some stains after the carpet cleaning.

The company had high ratings plus a very good offer (coupon) for complete air duct cleaning plus sanitizer for $159. When I called and identified myself as an Angie's List member and said what I wanted, the worker completely misunderstood me and tried to schedule carpet cleaning. When I clarified that we wanted duct cleaning, she quoted me a different price than the one on the website. They would not honor the website price and said that it didn't include sanitizing which the coupon clearly said it did. When I asked what they did for sanitizing, she had no idea. Unprofessional. I've decided to use a company which may be more expensive because I don't trust their professionalism.

I didn't spend anything extra for the carpet cleaning service. They were organized and worked quickly. I requested them to clean a spot in the basement and they were more than happy to do that. We were so worried about having everything cleaned up and they were good about cleaning all the areas even though we had furniture in the room. I had to reschedule and it was relatively easy to schedule with them. Their prices seemed fair.

I called last week and was able to get an appointment scheduled today. Two men came out today, and my capets look great. Stains from my pets and children have disappeared. They used a non-toxic cleaner, which easer some on my additional concerns.

I thought it was really good. The carpets were really bad and dirty and I had light color in most of the rooms. The guys did great job with a special cleaning and we able to get the stains out. They were very nice, very professional. They called when they were coming and they were on time. They came and did a great job. Tyrone and David were their names.

Nabil and his colleague were extremely prompt, courteous and professional in my home. It was the first time I used them, but I will not use anyone else for my carpet cleaning going forward. In addition, the deep cleaning, deodorizing stuff they use seems to work better and be more effective than the other service providers we have used in the past. Thanks, Nabil!!

They were fine. They were in and out. They did the job and were on time. I think their price was good, however, I did see that I got a flyer from another company and their price was less expensive but I'm not actually sure if it's comparable.

The men was very nice but all they did was attach a duct to the outside but they did not check the vents. Another company that came out to do some work asked me if I ever had my vents cleaned and I did not feel like I received my moneys worth out of the deal.

We had an easy time making a first appointment. Unfortunately, our plans changed - on one day's notice Express Dry was able to reschedule our appointment without and hassle. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived on time and performed a great job. We intend to make use of the service again in the future.

Nabil and Cederic just wrapped up cleaning my carpet for the upper unit of my home, which hasn't been done in six years since I purchased the house (I know, bad one me, right?). The team was not only on time but early, which is always preferred when you have multiple contractors scheduled to visit throughout the day. The company's policy was a call 30-minutes prior to arrival, which the team gave me an hour head ups, which I think speaks volumes about the consideration they give to my time waiting. I am amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned my carpet within 40 minutes. Prior to their departure, they gave me an opportunity to examine the areas to ensure that i was satisfied, which is more than companies i've used in the past in previous homes. I most certainly would use them again, which could be as soon as July since I am renting my home out and will have a high volume of traffic.

Tiron and Dave were very professional, friendly and worked diligently to clean the carpets in a nice window of time.
