Description of Work: The young man, Justin, who cleaned my carpets was prompt and very congenial. He explained the process and the products he would use. I so wanted to love the results but I must say that the method he used is not my favorite. We had to vacuum prior to the cleaning and afterwards as the process leaves debris all over the place. It took longer to dry than with steam and it wasn't until it was professionally vacuumed by our cleaning ladies did the carpet appear to have been cleaned. In addition, the process does not get to areas against the walls or under furniture. It also does not handle spots well either. All in all I give this company an "A" for professionalism and cost. A "C" for the results. Hence, an overall grade of B.

Description of Work: This review is for carpet deep cleaning prior to move-out inspection of a rental property. The Express Dry technicians arrived promptly, confirmed which areas or carpet I wanted cleaned, and set quickly to work. The technicians did not have to move any furniture; service was done on an empty unit. However, the carpet they were cleaning was a light cream color (showing almost every defect) and had a pre-existing gray stain line around the outside edges from a prior poor cleaning done several years earlier by another service. The technicians did such a good job that they were not only able to refresh the body of the carpeted areas, but they were also able to get out most of the unsightly stain line. The carpeting actually looked better (after the Express Dry service) than it did when we moved in. Excellent service.

Description of Work: I brought the online deal through Angie's list and scheduled a cleaning. On the DAY of the service a representative called and informed me I was out of their service area. That should have been established when I scheduled the cleaning. Thanks to Angie's list excellent customer service, I was able to get a full refund because of the above circumstances.
