The guys arrived on time and started to work. They move items and they vacuum the carpet in the areas. The guys are friendly and work well together. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE CARPET AND THEY ALSO DEORDORIZED THE CARPET. I will call them for service again and I WILL RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO OTHERS. If you have air ducks they can clean them too.

I got tired of doing my carpet cleaning by myself and decided to buy a a 4 rooms Big Deal offer. They dry cleaned my living, family, dining and basement rooms. Simply flawless.

Rafael and Nabil were very professional. They were punctual, arrived right on time and even gave me a call 45 mins before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. They went over the pricing with me and explained the cleaning process. They asked me which floor would be the best to start with, they were very conscientious about not letting my dog get out when they came in and out, they made sure to get under the furniture, not just around it. Overall, they did a great job and I would hire them again,

The service from this place is great. We have two dogs and two cats and A LOT of fur. They were very personable, very professional and very detail-oriented. They had to rake our carpet after vacuuming to loosen the animal fur, then rake it again after they cleaned. These guys (including the owner of the company) were down on their hands and knees to get the carpets as clean as they could. Basically, this was a tough job and I got it for a very inexpensive price thanks to the Angie's List Big Deal. They offered us extra services, but weren't pushy about them. They offered us advice on how to take care of our furry carpets in the future as well. A great experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I called on a Sunday afternoon and was surprised to receive an answer. I am about to move into a new place and wanted a deep carpet cleaning because the previous occupants had pets. I wanted it done ASAP as I am scheduled to move in this week. They were able to schedule me for the following day! I found Express Carpet Dry through a special that ran on Angies List and had no difficulty in securing an appointment in just a few days, at my convenience. They examined the carpets to be cleaned and discussed the cost of any extra processes that I might desire before they started. I elected to have the Scotch-Guarding done on the most used carpet, They completed the cleaning quickly and replaced any furniture that they had moved. The carpets were cleaned using a dry processing and dried quickly. Express Carpet Dry lived up to his advance ratings.

I was able to schedule a cleaning with very little notice and take advantage of a special they advertised on their web site. The price was very reasonable, in my opinion, for the work they performed. The workers were very courteous and professional. I knew my carpets weren't that soiled and they were quick to point that out (didn't try to oversell the job). They were fast and the rugs took about 4 hours to dry, which is to be expected.

I initially emailed this company after business hours and received a reply right away to set up carpet cleaning for two bedrooms and half of a staircase in my house. I was first impressed with how quickly they got back to me to set something up. They were able to get me on their schedule the next day, and as is common practice, they gave me a 2 hour window for when I could expect them, but they called me a half-hour before they arrived, which was nice. Rafael & Nabil did the work, and they were very professional and courteous. The best part was that my carpets look better than they've looked in years, and the strange odor from one room is gone. I am very pleased with how things turned out and would recommend this business wiithout hesitation.

The first time I used this vendor was because my regular carpet cleaner didn?t show up. Thankfully Shouki of Express Carpet Cleaning saved the day. The cleaning fluids don?t make my pets sick. Now I'm into my second experience with using their ?dry process?, but I have to say I am surprisingly very pleased with it. I will continue to use this vendor.

They arrived on time, having called to say they were on their way. They were pleasant and efficient, explaining the process and answering my questions before they started working. They were responsive to my concerns about the work. They finished in about two hours, and said if any stains reappeared (as has happened in the past with other professional carpet cleaning companies) they would come out and redo the areas. As promised, the carpets dried in a couple of hours and came out cleaner than I thought possible for such old and heavily soiled carpets. When the carpets were dry I noticed some pet stains that they had missed, so I called them and they came out and cleaned those stains, plus one landing that he wasn't happy about, at no charge. He also worked on one part of the fringe on the large oriental rug, where my new dog had knocked over a cup of coffee. The carpets are clean, there is no residual chemical smell or overpowering smell of any kind. The carpets look and smell clean and fresh. This company is a total pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services.They are very professional and do a great job, plus they are much more reasonable than the other, well-known, nonchain dry carpet cleaning company in the area.

I was very satisfied with the services provided. Carpets are the cleanest I've ever seen them and even long standing stains seemed to come up with ease.

I've used them before and I was happy with them. The second time went quite well too. They got all the spots out. The owner didn't come out this time so it wasn't any better than the first time. I think I would use them again.

They worked hard. When pulled up animal hair from carpet they made sure to wipe it off baseboards and walls. Took care of the cat peed carpet entirely. Don't smell anymore and cat hasn't peed there again. Got out stains.

They did a perfect job. I spent $145 on the service. They came out and picked up a carpet. They cleaned it and put it through an anti-staining process. Later, they brought it back. They did what I had asked them to do. They met their time schedule and the price was charged as estimated. I thought it was fine. I thought the price was fair. I will use them again in the future.

They did a good job. The rug looked clean. They are friendly to talk to. They have a gift certificate of $10 off the next cleaning that they give you when you do the first cleaning. I shopped around and they are cheaper than anybody else. They even reduced the price by $10. If nothing comes back up, I would certainly use them again.
