Express Dry Carpet Cleaning

I am truly impressed with the service as a whole. I booked my appointment last minute, I was given a reminder call and to my surprise I was running late and they were so accommodating to wait for 30 minutes for me to get home. I spoke with Ralph who was very professional. I have a new puppy and we are in the mist of housebreaking. Ralph explained what could and could not be done, even offered to come and try to get a stain out if I wasn't satisfied once the carpet dried. They don't just extract, they scrub your carpet clean. I wish I had used them before wasting money on Sears. I am very satisfied with the out come. I think I will let them do my sofa next. I would highly recommend them.

Great! The company was responsive to my scheduling needs. I work out of my home and had to have that room completed before 11 am. I was able to arrange an early appointment. The technicians arrived right on time after a reminder call. All 3 floors of my house were cleaned within 2 hours. I was happy that this process dries quickly. The technicians (2) arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled but this was alright and I did receive a 30-minute notification call as I had requested. During the walk through I was advised that some areas might need "deep cleaning" and that this would be provided at no extra charge. I was impressed with the advise they offered re: maintaining the carpets, the speed at which they worked, and their concern about my being absolutely pleased with their work.

The gentleman did a very nice job, he was on time, very pleasant and the carpet looked good. In hindsight, I am not sure of the Dry Carpet Cleaning process since there is nothing really taken out - the carpet is cleaned with a buffing type machine.

Easy to set up the appt. The carpet guy called to confirm his arrival time and did indeed arrive on time. He explained their cleaning process and tackled some truly epic stains without complaint. Perfect.

The cleaners got here, and they examined the areas we wanted cleaned. They explained how the cleaning would proceed, and then I asked them to consider additional areas to have cleaned. they gave me a price for the additional areas and completed those as well. Very very professional and reasonable. .

They did an excellent job cleaning the sofa and loveseat. They called before the appt to confirm and they were very prompt. I would definitely use them again. This was really a wonderful special and the cleaner was very pleasant.

Rafael and Nabill were EXTREMELY pleasant and accomodating. They arrived several hours earlier than the scheduled appointment time, but they called ahead to make sure that was OK. They asked what my expectations were, and when I stated that I expected that the carpets would be cleaned underneath all the furniture, it seemed as though they weren't expecting to do that, stating a concern about the possibiity of damaging furniture when moving it and about furniture legs leaving marks on the slightly wet carpet. When I offered to move the furniture in question and offered to supply styrofoam squares (the a prior carpet cleaning company had used) to put under the legs of the furniture, they ended up cleaning under all the furniture. They responded cheerfully to all of my requests (for example, to help me move a hope chest [that they had put on my bed in order to clean under the hope chest] off my bed and to check the carpet under a piece of scotch tape that was still stuck to the carpet after they finished in that room). I'm not sure I will use this company again, however. I am a perfectionist, and perhaps my expectations are too high, but I didn't expect a carpet cleaning company not to clean under all furniture without the customer saying that he/she wanted to have that done. And there was some bumping of furniture against walls that I'm not happy about. And I wish that I had vacuumed the carpet myself before they came because they didn't spend very much time vacuuming carpets that were, admittedly, quite covered with lint and dirt flecks.

I got fast and friendly service. I would use this company again.

Our carpets had numerous stains since we moved into the house. I had tried to clean with spot cleaner, but there were just too many spots. One stain even reappeared after I had cleaned it. We also had some paint drips in one room. My husband thought we would jst have to live with the stains until we got new carpets, but the reviews for the deep cleaning on Angie's List made it sound worth a shot. The owner of Express Dry and his associate arrived about half an hour earlier than expected, which was problematic since it was morning and my husband wasn't ready for work yet. But they waited in the driveway until we were ready and apologized for the early arrival. The job was done in about an hour and a half and all spots stains were gone. The carpets look great, my husband was amazed. I had pre-paid for five areas on Angie's List, and I was thinking that our four bedrooms plus landing and stairs was more than that. Indeed it was, and we were charged a bit extra, which was fine. Our only complaint is that the owner said he would give us a discount on the additional area if we wrote a positive review on Angie's List before he left. I said I didn't want to do that because I wanted to wait until the carpet dried before reviewing and he gave me the discount anyway. I think they did a good job and everything else was professional. They even called later to ask if everything was fine. But it defeats the purpose of Angie's List if people are getting discounts in exchange for positive reviews. It left me with a little bit of a bad feeling which is why I give a B overall instead of an A. I am not sure whether I would use them again for that reason.

Excellent experience overall. The technicians were timely, polite, efficient and most importantly did a great job of cleaning our carpets. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

They deal went wonderfully well! he workers were 2 very personable young gentlemen. They were punctual, prompt and assisted in moving things around as needed. They did a good job.

We have a large house and had lots of rooms with carpeting. Some of the rooms had stains on the carpet. Rafael and Nabil were very professional and very courteous. The job was a little bigger than they expected but they adjusted their schedule to be able to do it. They walked me through all the different processes they have for scotch guard and stain removal. They were able to work within the criteria of the Big Deal I purchased even though the rooms were larger than they expected. They cleaned all the stains and the carpets look brand new. I was very impressed and I'm not an easy person to please. I have high standards and they met everything and then some. I would definitely use them again and refer them.

After seeing an ad on Angie's list featuring a carpet cleaning special, I emailed the advertised company, Express Dry Carpet Cleaning on Wednesday, November 28. I requested carpet cleaning at my rental condominium in Olney, MD. The owner, Shouki Alsakir, responded to my email request by promptly calling me within 30 minutes to set up an appointment. He said he could fit me in and clean the carpets the following day. This was great news. I had new tenants moving in the following Saturday. So I was under a tight deadline to have the carpets clean and dry before the move in date. On Thursday, November 29, Mr. Alsakir came with a technician at the alloted time scheduled and did an absolute wonderful job on my carpets. The prior tenant had left stains in three rooms and I was very concerned the stains were permanent. Mr. Alsakir removed the stains and the carpet looks great, very clean and fresh! He was friendly, professional and was very kind to stick to the advertised price even though he had to work extra hard at removing the stains. He and his technician were finished the job quickly and my place looks super! I would highly reccommend Express Dry Carpet Cleaning. I will use their services at my personal residence as well as my rental home in the future. They were fantastic!

Rafael, arrived promptly, was extremely curteous, and provided service that was well above my expectations. After purchasing my house well over a year ago, our upstairs carpeting required substantial treatment given it was white in color and the majority of the time my family spends upstairs. After completing the rooms, to include the stairs, Rafael walked me through all areas to ensure it met my expectations, which it did. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a well done and professional job of cleaning

The two men arrive on the time estimate and were very professional and thorough with the work. They were very conscientious and checking on certain spotsand got them out very cleanly. My stairs were a terrible mess but they look very nice.now. I recommend them highly and would use again.

It was an excellent experience. I am actually going to hire them again to clean my vents. The co-owner came out himself and he did an excellent job. He would always check with me to make sure that I was satisfied before he would move on to the next room. He vaccumed, cleaned, and scotch guarded the steps without having to be asked to.

I picked this company because their price was $10 cheaper than the coupon offered by Busybee carpet cleaning. Boy, was I sorry for this decision. The guy asked for additional $30 for deep cleaning. Even after that, Busybee did much better work than this company. We used Busybee to clean my new house before we moved in. We would recommend Busybee over this company. I did get a call from the manager the day after I posted the review, which by the way was written mainly because of the repeated request from Angies list. I didn't feel the need to write a review right after the service. As long as what I wrote is true to the fact, a two month or even longer delay is a non-issue. I believe a member can write about a company on this list if received service within past 3 years. I do feel the company cares about its reputation, which speaks positively about the company. My review did not question the $30 charge. I was just stating the fact. The manager offered me a refund and I did receive the check. I do think that if you want to add $30 for deep clean, the better way to do it is to add $30 to the coupon and stating that is for deep clean. I think almost every customer would like to have a deep clean as opposed to a regular clean.

The guys arrived on time and started to work. They move items and they vacuum the carpet in the areas. The guys are friendly and work well together. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE CARPET AND THEY ALSO DEORDORIZED THE CARPET. I will call them for service again and I WILL RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO OTHERS. If you have air ducks they can clean them too.
