John came out on a weekend and last minute to clean the carpet in a rental home that my daughter and her college room mates will be moving into for the upcoming school year. Since this house was previously a rental, it was not in good shape at all and was claimed to have been cleaned already. When John (Coit Carpet Cleaning) was emptying the water from the cleaning he did, the water was near black! Now I feel like the house is as clean as possible and I feel much better about my daughter living there and more importantly - walking and sitting on those carpets! Great job Coit Carpet cleaning!!
