John did a great job cleaning our carpet, and he was very nice to redo some of the areas at no additional cost. Our carpet was really restored. I will definitely use them again in the spring!

Although I said room be empty upon hI s arrival, wasnt ready & he helped w/ all furniture! Did a great jobon carpet thar had 120gallon fish tank dump on floor. Pulled back carpet to inspect pad before clean, & got all the crusty salt, & years of dirt too. Will Hire Again

Cleaned our wall-to-wall carpets. Excellent job. Owner Jon Knosp highly competent. Is sole owner and employee, and therefore does the job himself. There is nothing better than this, as larger companies may send out employees who have less incentive to do a good job.

Everything was great. Urine stained carpet looks soooo much better. One wee problem - John propped open our storm door and I am sure he tried to unprop it before he left. And now I cannot unprop it. 😢

Jon Knosp owner and manager from COIT cleaned our carpets and tile grout. He is very experienced, hard working, careful when moving furniture and knows his trade. We are amazed at the quality of the work and how our very dirty grout in the tiles plus numerous carpet stains from an old dog and a puppy disappeared. He did our entire house including oriental area rugs. We will have him back to maintain our fresh, new look. His cost was reasonable, too. What a find! Thank you, HomeAdvisor.
