Excellent service, on-time, very polite. I couldn't have asked for a better carpet cleaning service. They did an amazing job on our carpets. They moved some furniture around for us since I was unable to move it myself. They explained everything that they were doing. I will be calling them again in the future. Thanks agains guys

Coit showed up on time and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend.

Coit manager and employee were extremely reliable, called when they said they would, came when they said they would and tried the best to get the chlorine/water spot out of the upholstery as well as the urine stains and smell out of the carpet. Unfortunately, the spots are still there which is something they told me might happen before they started the work, the dog urine smell is gone and replaced by a "clean" smell - much better, but the urine stain is still as prominen as it was before. I think they could not have tried harder to remove the stains, therefore I would recommend them to friends.

GREAT!! On time and friendly. I canceled on them several times becuase the tenant wanted someone else, but these guys were very nice and came on time and the place looks fantastic!!!

They arrived within the timeframe provided, were friendly, asked some preliminary questions and went to work. I would use this company again.

I was called by Coit within a few minutes after my call to Service Magic...all of their reviews were very good, so I felt confident in hiring Coit. I was given a two hour window of their arrival, and they called when they were within 25 minutes --thoughtful. Two gentlemen came, they each introduced themselves, were very polite, and then proceeded to explain the procedure. I had a sofa and loveseat cleaned, and they did a wonderful job. I would re-hire them, and recommend them to my friends.

Jestin arrived ready to go to work. He was friendly, professional and knew which stains he could remove and which ones might not come out. Price quoted ended up being about $120 more than what was quoted over the phone...so be careful how you describe your home to whomever is quoting you a price over the phone. If you want an accurate quote, please consider having them come out and actually look at the areas first hand.

My technicians were neat and polite. Personable and prompt. The cleaning was done in a professional manner and in a timely fashion. WOW! Best service I have ever gotten for carpet and upholstery cleaning. Already recommended Coit to someone else and will continue to do so. Price was very accceptable.
