Great service. These guys worked around my crazy and ever changing schedule without missing a beat. Told me up front what to expect and told me the truth - surprise!!!!!!! Will definitely use them again. Courteous, professional, efficient and personable. SOOOOO glad I chose them.

I iwas pleasantly surprised at the quality of service i received from Coit! The owner, John, and his worker, Derek were very professional, cutreous, and did a wonderful job with all my rugs, and upholstery! They even cleaned a throw rug for free, and fixed a spot on a fabric cushion that I didn't have cleaned! All the items look amazing! After they left there was a knock on the door. It was John, he didn't shut the water off in the basement, so he came back to do it! Wow, a breath of fresh air! He really cares about his customers! I wiill most DEFINITELY use them again, and have passsed their cards out to my neighbors and friends!

The problem was pet odor, they said they may not be able to correct the issue if the odor was in the padding... I went ahead with the cleaning; the odor is still an issue.

Each step for cleaning my varied upholstery fabrics was explained to me. Stains that I thought would never come out (because I had been told by other companies they would not) did, indeed, come out to my satisfaction. Very courteous and very professional service.

While most aspects of the work were very good, I was slightly disappointed with the effort in a few of the more soiled areas.

The guys were prompt, friendly and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to everyone. I will definately use them again. Thanks for the great service.
