Coit responded in a very short time and assisted in making their service availalbe on my schedule. The on the day of serivce they called to ask if the could do it earlier which was great. Justin was a very pleasenat person to have to do the work.

I had no sooner hit "submit" on the Home Advisor page when my phone rang. COIT immediately struck me as extremely competent in understanding my problem. They were able to come out the very next day and willing to work around my schedule. The technician showed up the minute they were expected, and was extremely professional and efficient. I will definitely use COIT--and Home Advisor--again!

They were very professional. They were on time and did an excellent job on cleaning my tile floors. We had already bought new tile and were ready to replace the tile we had. They did such a good job that the new tile is going back to the store. That is great news for us...no more work or expense because our old floor looks great.

The personnel were so friendly and professional. They arrived on time and called 20 minutes beforehand as promised. My carpets were cleaned in no time at all and they look great. I will definitely call them next time the carpets need cleaning.

The cleaner was on time and very efficient. Unfortunately, he left a large bleach stain on my carpet near the door. He claimed it was because there was something already on the rug that cause the discoloring. I don't think that was the case.

The system of cleaning the carpets was marvelous. The operator was very courteous and efficient. All the carpets were finished in about an hour, and we were extremely satisfied. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of serious carpet cleaning.

I appreciate the fact that he was the only carpet cleaner willing to use a special tool to get in between the stair railing. He also did a great job removing the stains on the stairs due to left over from soap residue. However, the next day I notice all sorts of little spots left on the carpet. I don't know if he could not get these out or if he didn't notice them.
