They responded quickly and professionally. Should up when they said and my carpets look new. I also had them clean a chair in my family room that came out looking new and refreshed. Will definitely use them again.

Interviewed other firms who told me my grout could not be cleaned and needed expensive dye treatment. Coit did the job - everything was properly cleaned and my grout looks like new. John was terrific - and came equiped with all the proper tools to do the job right. . I look forward to using them again for any of my cleaning projects. Super value for the money

Very good service, on time personable and professional. We had a sofa that really needed a professional cleaning. John the COIT rep told us before he started that it may not come completely clean, but he would do the best that he could. When he was done and considering the condition of the sofa before he started and what it looked after drying, there is no comparison, it's so much better and we are very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend COIT to anyone needing carpet, upholstery or drapes cleaned.

Coit cleaned the tile in my foyer and master bath; floors and entire shower, including grout. Both areas look brand new! I never imagined they would get this result. Great service and professional.

Coit provided real value to its overall competitiveness. A family member needed to store her sofa at my house. The smoke (tobacco) odor exuding from the sofa was overwhelming.Sensing the urgency in my voice, COIT came out the very next day. They were very professional. Went over and above to remove and/or deminish the odor. I am writing this the next morning - It is so much better. I will use them for everything. 5 stars

Coit is priced a little higher than the next best competitors on this site, but knowledge of the subject matter, quality of work, professional behavior and excellent customer service, outweighed the higher price. Jonathan Knosp listened carefully to my expectations and needs, and was realistic about what he could deliver. He cleaned my living room set with care and was very thorough. He advised me honestly and didn't push additional services that weren't necessary.
