Very good experience. John was in and out for a 3 room cleaning in about an hour and a half. Originally only needed carpet cleaning, but once he offered some flea, tick and deodorizing for much cheaper than I had expected, Coot services was a great choice for carpet cleaning. Would highly recommend to anyone.

John from Coit came that same week and I had 12 white cushioned dining room chairs to clean. He was professional, placed tarps down and cleaned all the chairs so well they look brand new!! I was amazed. Now we are ready to entertain for the holidays! I would most certainly will use him again!

Company responded very quickly to my request and did a very good job. He was unable to get some of the residue off which was left by another company. He was professional and cleaned up after himself. I would hire him again.

Service was very professional, courteous and the quality of cleaning was excellent. The company was very accommodating and responded very quickly to our call for service. We are extremely satisfied with the service used abd would use this same company in the future.

Overall a good experience. However, only one person showed up, making moving of furniture a bit difficult.

John was very flexible with scheduling, and arrived on time. He got right to work and did a very nice job. Some high traffic areas are still noticeable, not sure if anyone could have made them like new, but that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Overall the experience was very professional and the carpets look much better than before the service.

Wonderful job. I will never use anyone else. Worth every penny.
