Were on time, friendly and professional. The chair did not clean up as I had hoped but I don't blame that on the services.

I debated on hiring Coit only because they were a little more expensive than others that I looked at. I made the decision on the other comments that were posted and am very glad that I did. They gave me a window of 9-12 and they were here at 910. They came in looked at everything and got right to work. They got stains up that I never thought would have come up and they were in and out in 2 hours. Anyone who believes that there aren't enough hours in the day already will greatly appreciate their speedy, efficient professionalism. Thanks Coit and thank you service magic for finding them for me.

I think the guys from Coit did a great job. My carpets look SO much better. They were friendly but professional and I would certainly hire them again or recommend to someone else. I did buy the spray-on protector which they said would make it easier to clean up anything after the carpets had been cleaned. I have 2 cats and as cats will do they threw up the next day and a day or two later. I found that the stains did not really come up any better than before, so I'm not sure the extra $80 was worth it. But I do think all my carpet looks almost like new.

Coit was GREAT! They called before they came as promissed, the Service Tech's were very professional and friendly. The were very knowledgable about the cleaning process for both my carpet and my furnature. They had their own equipment and didn't need to use my water or anything. They came on time as scheduled. I would use them agian and highly recomment them to anyone who wants great results. There was some areas of the carpet that I had cleaned before but the stains did not come up and hig traffic areas did not come clean. Coit, cleaned them and got all the stains up which was above what I expected since other companies could not.

You did more than I expected, you got rid of ALL the pet stains, all the ground in mud and made our carpets look better than new. You did such a wonderful job- we decided to have you scrub and seal the ceramic tile in the kitchen, and true to your word, it looks brand new. Seriously, it looks better than when we first moved in. Thank you for a job so well done!

They were extremely professional and quite personable too. They wasted no time and explained what they would do and the result it would bring. They did a great job on my furniture. Every stain is gone and didn't come back unlike the time I used a previous company for the same job. I will be using them again in the future.
