Carlos did the exterior painting for one of my investment house. He did a good job and he was so handy, he did a lot of other small tasks for other properties too, such as replace the window well cover, fixed the exterior light fixture. He paid close attention to each task and with a very pleasant attitude.

Nice friendly and gets right work, price cqan be better but is probably one of the best values out there. They are awesome, real awesome. These guys are wonderful, can do anything and are very helpful.

i would not hire unless fluent in Spanish.They have a difficult time understanding what is being asked of them. Frustrating experience-homeowner wanting job done right, Cadel having difficult time understanding job incomplete and leaving inappropriate messages

Needed a bathroom repainted. They removed the old wall paper and found a strange painted surface. So Carlos skim coated the wall, sanded it smooth and painted the bathroom - looks great. Also needed repairs to a porch, new flooring and all painted. Was completed quickly and competently. Value for dollar paid was awesome. Will be using Cadel Construction again on other projects around the home!
