They responded promptly and cleaned up well but the drywall work they did was noticeable in some places and they forgot to sand before they painted so I had them come back and re-do those areas, which they did. I am a property manager so I wanted it right for my clients. I would recommend them on price and promptness but you have to check their work. I will probably give them another try and see if this was an off day or they always need to be supervised and checked.

Carlos did a great job. He came up with an alternative way to fix the project in case the materials needed were not available and discussed both options with me. He arrived in a timely fashion and did not charge me for the estimate. The cabinet he fixed looks very nice. It is good to know that I have someone available for the small jobs that pop up from time to time!

Overall, a solidly professional and responsive handyman experience. We had a gas leak and he was quick to respond. Although he did not have the needed replacement cable fixture (which is standard), he got it at the hardware store after looking at the problem. Work was completed efficiently. Main downside was that he did not tell us in advance that he did not accept credit cards, only checks or cash—and we fortunately had some cash available.

It was a simple project. He did it in under a half-hour.

The work he did was all wrong, the work he did on the deck was uneven, the wood didn't match, and quickly split. The work he did on he cabinets was very sloppy, and he left paint all over the walls. He helper was also very rude to my neighbors.

The quality of the work was very good. He discussed how the work would be done and he completed the work without any breaks. I would certainly like to use him again.

Carlos did an nice job and was pleasant to work with. He showed up on time for all appointments.

They left the conditions unclean. Things that were supposed to be repaired ended up broken within 20 minutes of the workers leaving. I was almost triple charged for the items based on the previous proposal.

He came for the quote which was reasonable and came back 2 hours later and completed the job. Good quality and reliable.
