The contractor was on time according to schedule, polite, worked constantly with no breaks, cleaned each area as he finished, gave details on exactly what he would do, what I needed to purchase (garbage disposal and vinyl flooring), what he would provide wood plank for under sink flooring and paint for outside shutters. All areas he finished look brand new now.

Mr. Carlos is a very professional worker. He came on time and very pleasant peson to work with. I highly recommand him and looking to work with him soon.

Contractor very business like and called ahead when could not make agreed appointment. Took good pictures of project and suggested best approach for job. Provided rough estimate in a ballpark amount which was negotiated later. Did a very good job.

they called yesterday while i was talking to H/A, were on time this morning and a a great price for the work. Also, were able to complete the work same day with no additional costs, cleaned up very well and were gone! Will hire them tomorrow for work and have talked about future projects

Carlos is the best. On time, does what he says he will do, the quality of the work is spectacular. He is going to be my go-to guy from now on. He was the 4th contractor I had in my home for a remodeling job. He had to fix all of the mistakes and he did so beautifully. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to finally find an honest, trustworthy contractor who actually does what he says he will do. I could not be happier. You will not be disappointed!

We were very happy with the work that he did. We found him to be reliable, professional and reasonably priced. He was a man of integrity in that he did whatever he said he would do. The workmanship was exceptional, and we plan on hiring him again to remodel our other bathroom. Jose performed the work with Carlos overseeing the job.

In addition to installing light fixture and interior painting, replaced some exterior wood trim and painted all exterior wood trim. Showed up on time and and did outstanding work. I will be using Cadel Construction for additional projects.
