Just great.

They did a wonderful job. The experience was excellent. I would recommend them. They were professional and they were right on it. They knew me when I walked in the store. I worked with Steve. He measured and helped me select the carpet. He was super. I would absolutely use them again.

Owner provided very good advice, comparisons among different brands and different models within Miele, and about accessories. Very fair and honest, offered options that could reduce price if that was more of an issue than some less important features.

They were very good. I don't remember what they charged. Because we found them on Angie's List, we didn't bother to get additional quotes. We are very satisfied with their service, and will most definitely use them again.

Overall, it went well. There was one little mess up, but they corrected that. They did a kitchen that they were not supposed to do until the cabinets were done.

To tell one the truth, I really liked all of it. They gave us a fair price. They did a quality job in a timely manner. From dealing with the front office to the estimator that came out, they were all really good people to deal with. They explained everything really well. I couldn't be more pleased with the product because they did an excellent job. They did a great job on the carpet as well.

They were very good. They were friendly and nice. They got here on time. They did a good job. I’m very happy with them. I would use them in the future.

Steve gave wonderful service. He gave full attention, listened well with endless patience and was committed to finding the best quality carpet for our budget. In addition, he had numerous samples sent to our home. the selections were great with full range of styles and construction types. The installers were also great, very courteous, neat, and willing to do little extras like cutting us straight remnants and binded the carpet at the doorways.

Overall, it couldn't have gone any better! We were pleased from start to finish!

The store staff was friendly and helpful. The installers arrived promptly and worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and the floor looks beautiful. I highly recommend them!

I had already done some preliminary research when I went into Carpet and Expo. The salesman (I believe he was either the owner or manager) was knowledgeable and helpful. He described the various options, including quality differences, and strengths and weakness of the different choices. I gave him rough dimensions and he gave me an estimate for the total square footage that turned out to be very close to the final measurements. He sent out very knowledgeable personnel to do the actual measurements prior to consummating the final order. They were very professional. The installation went without a hitch. The material came in on time and the installation crew was in and out within a few hours. They did a very workman like job and cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed the new carpet to get up any loose threads. The whole thing was a very pleasant experience.

Mike at C & V was great. They have a tremendous amount of samples which you can take home. Mike seemed to be truly interested in keeping the cost down. He was even trying to steer me to a cheaper product in his view was a "better value." But in the end, we ended up installing Mirage Brazilian Cherry and we couldn't be happier. Installation took 2.5 days (which was exactly what they said). The crew worked hard, very professional. By nature, this is a messy job, but the crew did what they could to minimize the dust (and used plastic everywhere). We had just painted all the rooms prior to installation, and I did have to touch up some lower areas, but the amount was less than expected. With a job this size (1100 sq. ft.) there are bound to be a few problems. Ours was no different. I brought a couple of issues to Mike's attention and he made sure that they were addressed. A couple of boards had splintered along the wall. They were repaired at my convenience and it looks great. My one complaint is the crew damaged some bookshelves. C&V offers to move your furniture around (for a fee) while they install the floor. I decided to pay the fee for one of our rooms. The crew was a bit careless and gouged/scratched our cherry bookshelves (freestanding, not built-ins). I brought it to Mike's attention and he said C&V would pay for the repair. So I couldn't ask for anything more. This was the one blemish on an otherwise great installation. I would definitely recommend C&V for hardwood installation. And ask for Mike. He will take good care of you.

The installer arrived on time with a few assistants. They got to work immediately and seemed to all work together well. They were very efficient, and did an excellent job on my carpet installation. They were careful with my furniture, although I had removed all breakables and various small items. A couple scratches did occur--but nothing major. The padding and carpeting was installed well and looks beautiful. Steve called that day to make sure all was going well. He also called the following day to confirm my satisfaction.

Great! This was the second time we used them. They are very nice to work with not high pressure, Steve in the Potomac store works with you and helps find a solution for your specific needs. He offered great suggestions, they came and measured and installed in a timely manner. Will definitely go back for the rest of our carpeting needs! I have recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to recommend them.

Everything went very well. They were helpful in assisting me in picking out an appropriate carpet for the bedrooms and provided excellent advice on comparative carpets. They came out to measure when they said they would. When it was time to install the carpet, they came at the time they had indicated, went straight to work, worked extremely neatly and finished in a timely manner. Job was professional and clean. The installers were outstanding. I intend to use them again when I re-do the carpeting in other rooms in the house.

I confirmed a date and approximate time with Mike at Carpet & Vacuum Depot who was extremely helpful and worked around my schedule. The crew of three men arrived within the 2 hour window Mike gave me and began to work immediately. They did have a couple questions for me and did exactly as I wanted. When the job was completed after 2 hours they vacuumed the area and took all of their trash, etc... with them. The only thing my husband did not like was the metal strip moulding which separated tile in the foyer He said it was not straight and I told Mike it may be an issue. He will send someone back out to fix the metal strip soon. The carpet was a little pricey, but the workmanship was good and communication was great.

Very professional all the way. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about all flooring. Communication was very good after signing the contract. The wood was placed in the house several days before the job. The installation team showed up on time at 8:30am and finished around 2pm. The installation went smoothly and looks great. Great attention was done to install the shoe molding, including a curved molding around the carpeted step. Couldn't be happier.

THE STORE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE WITH PRICING. SELECTION WAS VERY GOOD AND THEY ALSO LET ME GO TO A REGIONAL WHOLESALER FOR SOME MORE CHOICES. THE PROGRAM WHERE YOU CAN CUSTOM DESIGN AREA RUGS IS FABULOUS AND A VERY GOOD VALUE CONSIDERING YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT.

WE LIKED THEM SO MUCH WE HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS PEOPLE ALL THE TIME. I AM EVEN HAVING THEM COME BACK FOR MORE WORK SOON. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND HAVE TO OTHERS.

THEY DID THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM.. WE LIKED THEM SO MUCH THAT WE HAD THEM COME BACK TO DO THE HALL... NOW WE ARE GOING TO HAVE THEM DO THE BASEMENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
