 + -1 moreOverall it went fine. He kept trying until he found what they problem was and it wasn?t an easy problem to figure out. He did charge us for his time and charged only for the part. He was cheaper than other companies that I compared.
Description of Work: We used Aquacrafters in June to replace a heater element.

 + -1 morePaul scheduled an appointment at 5:00pm the next day to accommodate my work schedule. He recognized the problem as being from two possible sources ... quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and agreed to come back the next day with a replacement part if he had it in stock. Otherwise he said it would be 3 days. He had the part and was back the next day as promised. He also gave me additional tips on the care of my spa. What great service. He seems knowledgeable about all hot-tubs ... I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any make or model.
Description of Work: Diagnosed bad heating element in my MasterSpa causing GFI to trip. Replaced element the next day. Paul was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

 + -1 moreCalled the Company to report our problem in late November. Due to unusually bad weather in Maryland, we had to keep rescheduling the appointment due to rain, snow, sleet etc. Paul keep in touch with us via voice mail and live phone calls during the process. He had us report to him on details of when our circuit breaker would and would not trip and any error messages we got from the hot tub controls. When he came to fix the unit he was professional and thorough. He charged us exactly what he told us he would charge. We had a few error messages pop up on the day after the fix (New Years Eve), Paul quickly returned our phone call and troubleshot the problem with us even offering to come out on New Years day to look over the problem. The troubleshooting worked and the tub is now fully working again. We will definityly use this company again.
Description of Work: Our Hot tub would only heat to 80 degrees and any attempt to warm it further popped the circuit breaker. The old heater was removed and replaced and the overall unit was checked for any other problems that might exist.
