Had been dealing with another structural engineer for 6 weeks with delay after delay. I submitted to Homeadvisor on a Thursday evening. I awoke to a voice mail and text message from Parsoneault consulting. He met me at the jobsite that day and three days later I had a stamped drawing of the repair that was needed.

He responded within hours of receiving my HomeAdvisor inquiry and was able to accommodate my schedule coming to our home within 3 days. We were very concerned about some changes noticed inside and outside our home over the last year and feared a foundation problem. Paul was incredibly thorough and inspected our home inside and out from attic to basement and everywhere in between. Thankfully Paul determined that the issues we noticed were not structural in nature but resulting from a more benign issue. We were able to work out the scope of work as well as his fee over the phone and signed contract via Docusign. Before completing the contract, he emailed me his resume as well as 4 references, which I greatly appreciated (I didn't even need to ask). He showed up on time with all tools needed to complete the job. Before starting the work, Paul answered all questions my wife and I had and then proceeded to analyze our problem. We were concerned that our house was sinking since we had sagging of the floors on the 2nd and 3rd levels of the house. He was able to explain to us the cause of the sagging (in layman's terms), putting our mind at great ease. He then sent us the report the following day via email as promised.
