Description of Work: Had kitchen gutted and remodeled. All old cabinets and countertops were hauled away as part of the contract price. Contractor installed all new Bishop Deluxe soft close cabinets, quartz Cambra countertops, Dura ceramic floor (on top of a new subfloor) and new quarter-round molding along the baseboards throughout the kitchen, laundry room and the hallway between the two, recessed lighting and under-cabinet lighting. Also moved existing light fixtures and added new outlets, replacing drywall as necessary. Installed a tile backsplash, new kitchen sink and faucets. Installed a refrigerator, dishwasher and above range microwave oven (which we had already bought from Lowes). Also had them replace the counter in an upstairs bathroom vanity with a granite counter. They started on the day they said they would and finished 3 weeks later right on schedule. They moved and reconnected the old refrigerator each night during the renovation so we could still use it (and offered to do the same with the range so we could continue cooking meals, but we decided to make do with the old microwave). And the price was very reasonable for everything we had done ($33,900 for the kitchen and an extra $935 for the bathroom vanity counter). This was our 2nd contract with AKC, the last one being a bathroom renovation a couple of years ago. David Titus and his crew are true professionals, extremely hard-working and schedule-conscious and very trustworthy. They thoroughly cleaned up each day at the end of their work. We would not hesitate to call them again for any other kitchen or bathroom project.

Description of Work: David completely refurbished a small master bathroom at my house in Lexington Park, MD. Not only did he help me optimize a rather small bathroom in a 1974 house, he updated the styling and features to 2015 and beyond. | |He was very professional, prompt, fair and honest throughout the entire process. I placed a lot of trust in him to perform the work within a 30 day timeline and he did not disappoint! He was very thorough in ensuring that each day's work was accomplished and even gave me photo updates as he went along. Most importantly, he was superb in cleaning up after each day's work and disposed of all old and waste material. Highly recommend his company and I plan on using his services again!

Description of Work: I wanted Advanced Kitchen Concepts to give me a quote on kitchen remodeling.

Description of Work: Complete remodel of master bath & closet. Resized closet by decreasing spaces of overly large master bath. Installed new racks & hangers in closet, installed new hardwood floor, trim and repainted spaces. The master bath had a new closet installed and new ceramic tile on floor and shower. New shower had dual shower-heads and a sitting bench installed within. The tile job was excellently performed and looks great! Dave only used quality materials and the trim was installed meticulously. The new bath & closet will be major selling points if we ever decide to sell!

Description of Work: We met with David in May 2008 to do a kitchen and bathroom remodeling job in our home. David is an extremely courteous and knowledgeable individual which added to some fabulous suggestions he made with respect to our remodeling project. The project took several months because we installed hardwood floors throughout the downstairs as well. The job ended in two beautiful bathrooms and a magnificent kitchen. In addition, he repainted the whole house and installed new light fixtures and curtain rods.

Description of Work: We wanted to remodel our 23 year old bathroom. After meeting with two other contractors we met with Mr. Titus. He discussed price, time frame needed to complete the job, and what we wanted our finished bathroom to be. He took us to the granite and tile dealers and was very helpful in picking out just the right, granite and tile to go with the cabinet we had chosen. Mr. Titus completely tore out the existing bathroom, ran new plumbing, replaced all flooring, ceiling and walls. He also put up crown molding around the ceiling which gave the new room a special touch. During the demolition all carpet, hardwood floors and bedding were covered. At the end of each day Mr. Titus and the two young men he had working with him cleaned up all debris, wiped down all doors and ran the vacuum. Everything was spotless before they left. Mr. Titus and his two helpers were very professional and trustworthy. My husband and I had no problem leaving them in our home while we were out. One thing that my husband and I were very happy about is the fact that Mr. Titus did all work and did not sub out to anyone else. He was there every day first thing in the morning and made sure that the bathroom was finished in the time frame specified. His work was exceptional and we would highly recommend him to do any kitchen or bathroom, whether the job be big or small. We are so excited about the new look in our master bath.

Description of Work: They completely redid our shower, replaced all tile with new stone tile and installed clear glass enclosure. They came out and gave us a competitive quote and did the work for the price quoted.
