I made an inquiry, they sent someone to walk the yard and estimate. The estimate was quick, the price was excellent, the scheduling office was very responsive.

The owner visited and gave me the original estimate. He was very knowledgeable. He had other services he could sell me (hardscaping) but did not push it. The estimate was reasonable though I checked around with other shops. I did find one company that was cheaper but I went with Ciminelli's because they stated they would sod-cut my grass and dispose of any dirt that was removed and because of their professional demeanor. There were some problems with communication immediately before the work began. Additionally, the crew performed some work that was not in the estimate. When I inquired about this, Ciminelli's came back on site to assess and then returned to complete the work as agreed. Despite this, I was very happy. They dug trenches and channeled two of my storm drains and one of my neighbor's underground. This then ran to a pop-up toward the front of my house. This has prevented water from pooling between my neighbor's and my house. Grass that could not be sod cut was well-seeded. The rest of lawn showed signs of traffic but the amount was reasonable and the whole lawn looks good today four weeks later.

We had three people give us estimates for this job and Ciminelli's was the cheapest so we went with them. The quality of work that the workers did was absolutely exceptional. I feel so positive about it that I'm just thrilled.

They were fabulous! We contacted three people for estimates, and their price was reasonable. They have also done work for people we know. This was a big job. The crew was pretty much the same guys every day. They were very nice and cleaned up each day. They obviously knew what they were doing. I am very happy with the project. We would definitely use them again in the future and would absolutely recommend them to others.

We had a wonderful experience with the contractor. My husband and I had a general idea as to what type of patio we wanted but the representative really helped us in designing the patio. He provided several design ideas that we would have never thought of. Work was started on time and we were very pleased with the professionalism and the attention to detail that was shown by the employees. Not only was their concern shown for the patio, walkway and landscaping but they were also extremely courteous. It was very impressive that it was very easy for us to make modifications to our plan, even after work had begun, with ease and with no complaints. We are very happy with the way we were kept updated about the project and absolutely love the patio and the landscaping. We have had complements from all of our neighbors and won't hesitate to call on this company again.

They did just an incredible job. They were so good that we asked them to come back and put in our patio in the backyard. The man listened to us and gave us a custom ramp that was handicapped accessible.
