Description of Work: The service technician checked the heating unit, thermostat, the motor on the heating unit and the A/C unit. Soon after entering he put covers on his shoes to keep from tracking dirt onto our floor. The technician also gave a couple of things we could do to extend the life of our A/C unit. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Arundel Cooling Heating & Electrical were there to repair our air conditioner. They sent someone who had only a two years of experience. He had to call his boss, because he was unsure of what the problem was and how to fix it. We ended up calling another company to repair the problem.
