This is one of the best company's I have ever worked with. From my first meeting with the sales person, to my last contact with the installers, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. This company truly makes you feel like the Customer Comes First. The finished product was above my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a top quality product with an attentive and top rated personnel. A special thank you to Jessica Fendt, their Design Coordinator, who is a real credit to this organization. Any changes or concerns that I had, she addressed immediately. Phone calls and e-mails were always returned in a very timely manner. On a scale of 1 to 10, I definitely give this company a 10 and would use them again.

Wonderful in every step of the process!

I had read reviews on Angie's list about this company and most of the complaints were about cancelled or late initial appointments so I had to laugh when I received a call about 30 minutes before our consultation apologizing and asking to reschedule. At the second appointment, our consultant explained about the company and took his measurements and then designed the closet on his laptop right there with us. We were able to design it exactly how we wanted it. He was very helpful in working with us on design and materials to keep it within our budget. The meeting was supposed to last only 90 minutes, but ended up taking about 3 hours. It didn't feel like it took forever, probably because we were actively engaged in designing the space. There was the sales pitch part of the presentation, which I expected to be much worse based on the reviews I read, but it was actually a small part of the consultation. We put down our initial deposit and they worked around our schedule for installation since we were renovating that area and redoing the floors. Installation took under a day and the installers were on time and very nice. One piece had damage to it and we reported that to customer service. They returned in about one week to replace that piece with a new one. The product is high-quality, study, and beautiful. We definitely have gained space in our closet by using it more efficiently and I hope to some day use Closet America in some of our other rooms as well.

Gregg, the installer was on time, courteous and efficient. He showed us how to use the features of the closet and how to maintain it. He was very organized and tidy with his tools and supplies.

Designers took the time to understand out needs. Instalation professional was on time and worked diligently. Product seems great.
