The designer arrived on time and took a lot of care understanding our needs. Her design was exactly what we needed. Jeremy, the installer, also arrived exactly on schedule and installed everything exactly to our specifications.

Great. I selected exactly what I needed. It was installed quickly and professionally and when promised.

The project manager reviewed the work to be done to provide an estimate. He measured each space and immediately created a computer design. We reviewed the design and tailored it to my needs (more hanging storage, etc.). The PM provided samples of shelving choices and I selected the materials to be used for each space. He told me that it would take about a month to build the shelves. The installation date was scheduled. The installers came on time on schedule, and installed the shelves. They showed me the shelving to ensure that I was satisfied before they left. All work was done immaculately. Everyone I dealt with from this company was very professional. There were no surprises or disappointments. Work was done as promised. All of the shelves they built are beautiful and sturdy. After I moved my clothes into the closet I discovered that I needed more shelves. I called up and told them what I needed and was able to get additional shelves. This was a great experience. I highly recommend this company!

Jennifer did a great job designing the spaces and the installers showed up on time and did a great job installing the units.

Had to make an adjustment once the contract was written which usually is a problem but not with Closet America. Everyone was professional and courteous. Very communicative and on time.

We've used CA before to organize our 2 closets. We called CA in Sept and got an estimate. When we got an email in Dec. for 40% off we set a date. Everyone was very professional and friendly from start to finish.

Freddy arrived, removed his shoes and got to work immediately he was early, pleasant and professional. He inquired about our pet since he would have to be in and out to unload material. He took his shoes off/on each time he enter/exited. He left no trash.
