Diego was on time, fast, hard-working, friendly, cleaned up area after he completed the job. Also was careful about protecting hardwood floors by using blankets.

The original designer was competent, friendly and listened to our needs. The installer, Jose worked quickly and cleaned up before he left. He also explained the system.

Excellent experience from initial consult with Jennifer to installation.

The consultation took about 3 hours, which was indicative of the time and care they put into their work. The design consultant worked with us to customize closet systems that would optimize the limited space we have and would also meet our needs in terms of types of clothing, shoes, and accessories. While the initial sales was slightly on the pushy/aggressive side, it is somewhat justifiable given the amount of time and effort they put in upfront (pre-sales). They were flexible to work with you to get the design and system into a price range that was acceptable for us. The installation could not have been easier. The installer (Jeremy) was exactly on time and quickly got to work (with blankets laid down and shoes off, even). ~5 hours later, everything was done; he did a walk-through and showed how all the different features on the closet system work. The closets look great, and we're excited to put them to use.

The installer arrived on time, he showed/demonstrated the function of the closet system. He explained the best way to clean. He finished in time expected.

Carla, designer, was personable, helpful and came out twice to work with me. Mike, installer, was prompt, diligent and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service. Helped with design to keep it in our budget. Installers worked quickly and professionally. End product is fantastic.

Absolutely wonderful! Amy spent 4 plus hours on the design, we were informed about progress throughout process. Freddy arrived on time and worked until it was done, earlier than expected.

Project went well beginning to end.

It was very good. They're very punctual. They're good in getting back to you. They gave us options and I really like her designer; she's really personable, excellent and professional as well as their crew. When the crew came to install the shelving; they were professional. They designed everything up. They reviewed everything with me to make sure everything will work.

Designer ( Jennifer Beatty) did a great job. installers arrived on time and did a great job. Installation took less time than had expected. Very expensive, but hopefully worth it.

Jeremy showed up right on time. He completed the project very quickly. We love the new cabinets - they have created much more storage space for our hopelessly cluttered kitchen! We were very satisfied with this experience.
