We had a great experience with Closet America. From the beginning consultation, through scheduling, and to installation, they were friendly, professional and responsive. The design consultant was happy to work through some design concerns we had about the space and was very responsive to our vision, while providing a great blueprint and suggestions. The installation team was punctual, courteous, and finished the project within 2.5 hrs. We are very happy with the end product and found the experience to be as easy as one could imagine.

From the moment the designer arrived with details of construction examples of looks (illegible), etc., I knew I could trust him to do a good job. Installer arrived on time, was courteous and efficient.

Ryan was on time and very professional. He helped to move all of our other contractor's mess and worked steadily until the job was done.

I was impressed with Closet America from start to finish - from the design consultation to the scheduling to the installation and to the follow-up post initial installation. Everyone was extremely patient and customer-oriented. I wish all home renovation/construction contractors were like Closet America. The shelf and drawer installers even noticed imperfections and fixed them on their own -- without me having to ask them to take care of the imperfections. This has been an extremely pleasant experience compared to all other things I have experienced during my home renovation. The quality of the product is amazing. The ability to customize my closet is great. I am so glad that I hired them! The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but oh so worth it! I wish there were more home improvement companies like you!

Excellent! The designer was very knowledgeable, company folowed up with phone calls every step of the way. Install was outstanding, protected floors took off their shoes and vacuumed at the end. Highly recommended.
