During our initial talks we were hesitant to go with Closet America because of the price. It was a lot higher than some of the other vendors we had spoken with. However, after going over several options, we decided to only add storage solutions to our Laundry/Pantry area. Best decision ever. The process was so easy and precise. Olga (our consultant) walked us through everything and by the time we signed the contract, we had no questions about anything, everything flowed smoothly. There were no surprises at all throughout the entire process. The installation guy came when he was supposed to, he was courteous of our home. We really had no issues at all. Great experience.

Mike called before he arrived to tell me his estimated time of arrival. He was thorough, easy to work with, and professional. He cleaned up spotlessly and did a great job. Most happy with results.
