This is my 3rd time having CA perform work in my home from the designer to the installers, they are top notch love the design love the materials used. Truly professional!

The experience was easy and pleasant from the first contact to the installation. Jen, the designer was prompt for the first appointment and assessed the best way to reconfigure the closet. She came out a second time when the closet was completely empty to do her exacting measurements to account for the closet's configuration., down to the shoe molding They followed up periodically on when to start production and schedule the installation because I needed to wait for another contractor's work to be done before the closet could be installed. On the day of the installation, the installer showed up on time, did a great job with the installation, showed me the final product, answered any questions, and cleaned up. The quality of the closet is excellent, and I am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend this company.

When we first moved into our condo, the basic closet system we had that hung into the dry wall collapsed after a couple of days. The old system put a hole in the dry wall, and we knew we had to install a quality system. We were referred to Closet America by a friend, and after dealing with some really stereotypical contract services from other contractors during our move, it was refreshing to receive professional customer service from Closet America. The company spent time thoroughly outlining their commitment to customer service and a quality product, and provided us with multiple options based on our budget. Not only were they not pushing, they were willing to work with us around our busy schedule. On the day of the install, they showed up on time, performed the services within the window, and installed a high-quality system. We would recommend them to anyone looking to install a new closet system, as they were patient, professional and customer focused.

Called to reconfirm and when installer on the way. On time and no issues with install. Installer very polite.

Somewhat aggressive sales tactics and sightly overbearing sales reps made the initial design and purchase process a little annoying, but the design was good, the price was negotiable (to a point) and the installation was on time and efficient. When we needed an adjustment made to some of the shelving, they came back at no charge and made the adjustments. And I liked the ability to engage directly with the designer on the 3D CAD program to pick the right layout. We are very happy with the final product.
