Mark, the installer, was prompt ever called when he was on his way. He was thorough and quick. He was polite and quiet. I was given a walk through upon completion where he explained every aspect of the installation. The saleswoman was.

The entire process is very efficient and professional. They are crazy quick with contacting you after an inquiry and very good about following-up in regard to projects. Working with the designer was very fun and interesting. We loved our designer, Amy. She was so professional, personable, and patient. We had fully intended to go forward with our project, but after a few changes to the design, the project price skyrocketed and we cancelled. The pros of this group are the level of professionalism, the product garuntees, the design program utilized, and the people who work there. The cons are the limited custom options and the cost. What was most frustrating was that if you make one change, whether it is a door or drawer or shelf, the cost will jump astronomically. There are no a la carte options and no way to check what the cost of a drawer is or shelf is individually. It's all package. So what started as a $3000 project jumped to $5100 and in the end, the options are not customizable enough to meet your exact wants. At least in our case. We were trying for a different project, but I think for a walk in closet that is a blank slate, they are a great option. But to build a closet or special kind of unit, it is better to probably hire a carpenter or let a trusted loved one give it a stab for a significant lower cost and what you can actually direct to what you want.
