On a Saturday morning, I sent Closet America an email requesting a consultation asking for help to improve the functionality of my master bedroom closet. Casey called me within 10 minutes and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday. About 20 minutes later, she called again and said they had a cancellation and a designer was available to meet with me within the hour. Jennifer, a senior designer, was amazing. She arrived on time and looked at the closet. She measured the closet (height, width, depth, door widths...very thorough). Using a computer program, she designed a closet that she (and I) believed would meet my needs. She thoroughly explained the process, the design, Closet America philosophy, and listened to my issues and concerns and worked hard to ensure the design met my needs. About 2 hours after I sent the email, I had a design and installation date. (Obviously this is an anomaly; I was fortunate there was a cancellation.) A few days later, I emailed Jennifer to discuss a design change (I wanted more hanging space and less shelving). She was very accommodating and redesigned the closet to fit my needs, without a need to revise the installation date. Although Jennifer said Closet America would prepare the closet for installation, I wanted to paint it so I performed that task. Three weeks later, Diego installed the my customized closet and was done in 2 hours. Diego called ahead to advise when he'd arrive, arrived on time, and was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about his job. He used a carpet to protect my flooring, removed his shoes when he entered the house, and cleaned up after himself when he left. The cabinet material is very sturdy and expensive-looking, and under warranty. I chose "sunset" which is like a cherry wood to compliment the furniture in my room. It looks phenomenal! I highly recommend Closet America and would use them again.
