The installer called and arrived within 20 minutes of call, was courteous and professional, immediately went to work and completed his task.

Greg and his team showed up exactly when promised. Even called about 30 minutes ahead at time to confirm. Neat and organized they put down furniture pads to protect carpeting during installation. Courteous and polite. Great crew.

The company was great to work with. Ryan was very understand about a slight flooring issue.

The designer came out in the fall & recommended a plan. I didn't like having to give neighbors name & members for a discount. After I completed some updates in the room (paint & floors) the closets were ready to be installed. The installer, Jox was very professional & did a great job.

The designer who worked with us was wonderful--low key, friendly, not overbearing. We enjoyed talking to her and she spent a lot of time helping us optimize our closet layouts for the type of storage we need. We purchased the plain white shelving because we liked it and it minimized costs, although they offer more elaborate wood finishes. Once we had our detailed plan, which was done on the designer's laptop with special software, we balked at signing a contract on the spot. We needed a chance to decide if the cost and product were what we wanted. Our designer was very nice about this and told us how to reach her if we made a decision. We called her either later that day or the next day. It takes a few weeks for the custom-built closet system to be constructed at the factory in Lanham, MD. We set up an installation date and the installers were prompt, professional, and quick. It only took about two hours to complete the two closets and the quality of the installation was flawless. Everything was left clean and neat. This is the most positive experience we have had with a home improvement contractor. It would be difficult to improve on this performance. And we love the sturdy, attractive shelving system and wish we had done this years ago.
