The team of 3 did a great job! The arrived early, were entirely polite and friendly and helped us complete our move promptly.

They were on time, courteous and explained everything that was needed. They worked quickly and asked questions to get things right. We are very satisfied!

Excellent pre-move customer service from Jim. I have forgotten the name of the moving supervisor, but he also provided excellent customer service. They were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10 am, and the 22ft truck with 5 men pulled up precisely at 8am. The truck was impressively clean too. The team worked effectively and quickly emptied the house, including a piano and several large pieces of furniture from the basement up narrow stairway. They also brought up a refridgerator/freezer from the basement. They did a very good job of protecting the furniture that I identified as antique and/or fragile. I wouldn't say that the team was really friendly, but they were courteous, professional, and got the job done promptly. They were responsive to all of my questions and last minute requests. The drive to the storage facility was about 45-60 minutes and they were very prompt. I was very nervous that everything would not fit into storage, but within a couple hours they had moved everything into the 200 square ft storage unit. They accomodated my request to put extra padding on an item and to make sure that certain items could easily be accessed by me later. Everything fit so that we were able to just close the unit door. Like a giant game of Tetris. Very impressive! When all was said and done, they had completed the job in fewer hours and at a lower cost than was quoted. I tipped each man $20. I hope that was enough! They really did a good job. I've had negative moving experiences in the past with other companies. I will DEFINITELY use these guys again... hopefully in a couple of months I'll be using them to move my stuff from storage to a new home.

Excellent! The three movers were on time, polite and worked so well together. It was seamless, even with four flights of stairs and no elevator. They were courteous and helpful.

Movers USA were professional and efficient. They arrived on time, worked well as a team to complete the loading portion of the move in 1 hour, and double checked with me to make sure they were moving the correct items and to find out whether I had any special instructions. Their quality of work continued during the unloading portion of the move. All three men worked continuously for about an hour to unload and correctly place all the furniture and boxes. I was regularly consulted to make sure items were placed correctly. In the end, the total cost of the move was about $60 more than the estimate, but this was still less than the two other estimates I received. I highly recommend Movers USA.

The guys showed up a couple minutes early and got right to work. They did a great job making sure everything was covered and packed tightly into the container.

The moving process took 3 days and the crew was very professional, on time, respectful of my furniture and items throughout the process. Megan the coordinator, put my mind at ease in the beginning to assure me all would go well and it did. As I unpacked I see how well everything was protected with packing material and expert placement in appropriate boxes for the items. I think they were a little pricey but in the end, worth it as everything arrived in good condition. I would absolutely recommend Movers USA.
