The owner (Gill) and another employee of this moving company is unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude to my husband and I when we questioned the estimated date of delivery based on the estimate provided to us. I'm not sure what country he's from but he is extremly condescending when talking to women. The owner Gill has a strong middle eastern accent and was very impatient with us over the phone. Their trick is to quote customers an initial lower rate only to tell you that they may not deliver your possesions for three weeks. I definitely asked for my deposit back and refused to do business with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They showed up early and the guys were very great and professional. Took care of stuff fast and nothing was broken. Were very helpful and asked several times for approval if there were any questions. Was a great experience and I'd use them again.

Crew was right on time, courteous, and efficient. They asked questions politely and followed directions perfectly. Also the crew did a careful job of packing and handling antiques and our piano.

Jose and his crew were great! They arrived a little early despite bad weather and worked very quickly. They were professional, friendly and careful with my belongings.

I actually didn’t select them but I got a thank you for giving them the opportunity. They had great customer service even though I selected someone else. They not only gave me a quote but when I talked to them over the phone about it, they revised the quote which was even better. These people were great. I am selling my mother’s home in Baltimore and the only reason I did anything differently is because the buyer is willing to foot the bill for somebody they had in mind. I will use them because my mom still has two units up there and I know they do this kind of work. The quote was for $800 and it was a good price. They were willing to work with me as far as scheduling because I can only get up there so much and have to get to work back down here. I will definitely use them because I know that they will follow through. I know that they will listen and I know that they close the loop and that is important. They came through the concierge service of Angie’s List. It was an experience that is going to make me use them even though I wasn’t using them this time. They were thorough. They were detailed and they adjusted the estimate and everything. They emailed things quickly and they called to make sure that I got things. Their price was good and it was comparable to what the seller is paying.

They were fantastic. They were ahead of time. They actually showed up at the first site ahead of schedule which was great. They moved everything. The only problem they ever had was they tripped on one of the stair and gauged the floor beyond that I can't say that there was anything more out of it. They were very good. I give them high marks on everything. They did a very good job. They weren't the cheapest. The quote that I got that was faster, was way low, so I went with them because I think that company missed something, misquoted or wasn't looking at it right. USA Movers was right there with everybody else. They were very responsive. They were very professional. They addressed my concerns with the hardwood floors and put down covering for that, not much they could possibly do. If I was to move again or had to move something, I will definitely consider it.

They were great. The manager in the office was very attentive and responsive before and during the move. The movers were polite, punctual, patient and professional. They packed our things very well, no breakage. They packed so efficiently that they were able to start the moving early and saved us $500. They were very good about keeping the floors and walls clean and unscratched. They were even patient with my son who wanted to "help" all day. I would highly recommend this moving company.

When we initially called for an estimate, the woman who answered estimated over the phone (claimed no need to come inspect the pieces planned to move). The estimate was 3,000 and the bill was > 6,000.00 without explanation. Another estimate was in the $4,000.00 range and we choose USA as they were more reasonable. The overcharge could not be based on time, as they were done by 1:30 pm the day of the move. The movers were nice however in such a hurry to leave after emptying the truck,,that they did not put the dresser mirror together and left with the hardware to do so. In addition, a glass shelf for a wine rack was inadvertently left in the truck. To help them save time, we even brought them coffee and donuts in the morning and lunch at noon so that they could avoid having to leave for breaks.

The guys did a great job. I am really happy with the services provided. I will definitely call back again in the future. Thanks Yuri and Giovani. Happy New Year!!

Movers were on time and professional.

Their price was the lowest of the 3 quotes I got and included a small fee for storage for 1 month (I didn't have a delivery address right away). They were on time and sent 4 gentlemen to pack all the furniture. They worked pretty efficiently and were done in about 4 hours. Jim & Sarah were very responsive via email and phone when I had questions during the move. They stayed in touch as I moved out to CO and gave me a delivery window within 48 hours of me sending the delivery address. The delivery was handled by a local mover in CO (subcontracted). They seemed to be new to long distance deliveries, but the 2 guys (Jacob & Mike from JBJ Movers) were very polite and worked fast. They were done unloading all boxes and unwrapping/placing furniture in under 4 hours (1-floor walkup). My only issue was I had to remind them that re-assembly of my bed, recliner and table was part of the service but as soon as I mentioned it they got on it. Their manager, Joseph, stayed in touch via phone and text throughout the day and was very attentive. I forgot to have them unpack the items packed by the other team in DC (2 large pictures, 1 TV and 1 mirror) and should have remembered to ask them to do that because those items were boxed by the DC crew and included cloth wrapping that should have been taken away. Minor issue.

I moved my 10 person office desks, cubicles, and chairs from Tyson's Corner to Merrifield. I called and got a quote in writing for the move. They game me a move date. Showed up on time and performed the work in the time stated. I am very happy wit the service and will use them when I move again.
