Great Company! Close contact with client, very professional from estimator to installers. Came in within schedule and budget. Originally I was just going to have concrete steps, but we changed our minds to brick and we are so happy. The steps look gorgeous -- even are neighbors told us os.

I needed new steps installed where there had been poorly constructed steps previously. They were flexible and reused my flagstone saving me from having to pay for additional materials coast.

The job was done 110% to my satisfaction. No detail skipped. They did a great job. I feel lucky that I selected them. I would highly recommend them with NO reservations at all. Friendly, very informative and professional interaction with this company - we spoke mainly with the sales manager who took care of all the details and who also contributed with nice design ideas for our patio project. The workers finished the patio in less than 3 days, working up to 11h per day - I suppose that was in order to compensate for a 1-day delay due to inclement weather. We didn't need it done that fast. The cost was a bit higher than we were hoping to find for this project, but I suppose that's how the market is, for this quality of work, so overall we are pleased.

Wow, wow, wow! What a difference! A year ago, I had a sidewalk built, and this year, I wanted to continue it and got a quote from that company "M", as well as First Impressions "FI". Granted, FI was about 1/4 more, but very well worth it. Whereas M's result was much lower than my expectation, FI far exceeded it. It's gorgeous! I don't believe M put as much base down, had to return to fix mistakes, plus, had cut my landscaping lighting, despite my alert. FI however, was VERY professional, from the salesman, the 10 workers, and the followup guy. He even said if the grass they planted by the sidewalk dies, they'll return to replant!

This company is first rate. The job was done in a professional manner and we are very happy with the results.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They said it would be a one day job with possible finish up the following day but they ended up having two full days of work. This was no problem as the work was done by the end of the second day. The foreman John was very attentive to our comments and needs. I actually called him a couple of times as he was not onsite the entire time the work was being done but he made sure the crew did exactly what was expected of them and made sure they cleaned up after themselves after they had finished. The yard looks great with the new sidewalk and raised flower beds. I would definitely hire them again.

Beautiful job on permeable driveway with stone walls around it! We get many compliments from neighbors. Price was excellent.

I've already recommended this company to a very demanding friend, who was impressed with their presentation. Everything was absolutely top notch, from the initial visit, to finding the exact materials I wanted, the fast and quiet execution, lots of communication and unfailing politeness and positive attitude. I'm used to a few troublesome details in a completed job when I hire a contractor, but this was perfect - it looks gorgeous. They were a bit pricier than the others, but I chose them because they seemed quite knowledgeable and conscientious about certain engineering details that would not have been obvious to me.

We are completely happy with our entrance walkway and patio. First Impression Hardscapes staff were professional from start to finish. Mike Walters was prompt in providing a competitive bid, scheduling the work, monitoring progress during the construction, and inspecting the finished product. He made several useful suggestions that improved our vision of the project. The construction team was highly skilled, careful of our property, and left the worksite clean. I highly recommend this company.

We hired First Impression to install pavers in our front courtyard and are very pleased with their quality workmanship. They came on time and finished the job on time as per agreement. They are very professional,honest and detail oriented and would definately recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Great interactions with the owner, site bosses, and workmen. They handled an unusual situation quickly and well, the work was done beautifully, and they finished the work completely, including regrading the yard where it met the driveway.

Mike and John from First Impressions Hardscapes are professional, creative and provide excellent customer service. They do what they say they will. They and their workers are friendly, work hard and created a beautiful permeable paver patio for us. They were the only company who solved our problematic muddy back yard without creating runoff of rainwater onto others' property. Our patio is gorgeous and we are so happy. My kids were actually playing in our backyard - amazing!! I would recommend this company without reservation, they were a pleasure to deal with.
