The appointment was scheduled between 9-10 am. Julian was running slightly over from a previous job and was kind enough to call to let me know he would be a little late. We went over the areas that needed cleaning and I felt his estimate was fair, so he began work. I had been thinking about replacing the carpets with wood flooring, as previous attempts at stain removal yielded less than optimal results from other professional companies. I was really amazed at how beautiful the carpet looked after Julian had finished...and all stains were gone! The same could be said of the kitchen floor. I have light colored ceramic tile and grout and Julian did an outstanding job of restoring the grout to it's original color. Both the kitchen floor and carpets look like new! I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done.

They did a great job! They were very timely and their quality of work is great. They were able to remove some tough stains also which was wonderful. My carpets look fabulous! I have used this company several times and will use them again in the future. They were very polite/courteous also. If you have not used them you should give them a call. You won't be sorry!

I knew I was making a request that might be difficult to meet but needed to have my carpets cleaned in order to rent my house. Since we were leaving the area within 2 days, we asked if they could do it immediately and they happily accommodated our request. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Thanks!

Was easy to connect with over phone. They were informed and asked good questions and provided comprehensive answers before being selected as the contractor. The person on the phone, was the same person conducting the cleaning in person. They provided an appointment time, not a time range. They were delayed for both visits by about 30 min, but did call to provide notice/updates on their arrival. They were open to splitting the charges over two visits to ensure completion of the project. They were comfortable/familiar with working in an apartment building. It could have cost less. They were pleasant and professional in person.

I called VIP-STEEMER on about Monday and they were able to come out quickly at my request, on Thursday, because I needed to get things done before guests arrived. The technician Julian, got right to work. My main goal was to restore my tile grout lines back to a cream color instead of the nearly black they had become, and after 2 treatments during the 1 visit, VIP-STEEMER accomplished this. Julian pushed hard for sealing the grout, but I resisted this because it seems like the sealer would be something that eventually degrades and has to be replaced. We'll see how it goes without it. The furniture cleaning went smoothly, but it didn't have major stains, so it wasn't challenging. The entrance rug was very stained and the results were great on that. I would use VIP-STEEMER again. My only slight qualification would be that there is a minimum charge on the grout cleaning and since I have a relatively small kitchen, the price was a bit higher than I had hoped it would be, but certainly the results were good.

Our company subcontracted VIP Steemer to replace tile as needed in a rehab property located in Silver Spring, MD. They provided the lowest price & were timely in completing the job. We will continue to utilize the services in the future.

This company uses modern day carpet cleaning machines with amazing products that can remove stains from anything. I was so impressed with their work and professionalism. I will continue to use this company for all of our investment properties moving forward.

the young man doing the work was personable and polite. However i think he was far more interested in finishing as quickly as possible than he was in doing a good job. I did not think the furniture looked any better when he finished than it did when he began. After he left i was able to scrub out, easily, some of the stains that he insisted could not get out of the carpet.

Our technician, Gary, was very pleasant and professional. He showed up early, and went right to work. He carefully cleaned the entire carpet, going over several especially dirty portions several times. Also, Gary was willing to go over a few spots a couple extra times when I asked him to do so. We had a very good experience with this company.

It was great. The VIP Steemer owner, Julian, came out with another technician and spent nearly three hours cleaning an aging carpet (I was running errands back and forth from the property, and they were cranking on it the whole time). They treated spots (ink, red juice, nail polish, etc.), and gave the entire home a thorough cleaning. When some of the ink and red stains popped back up after the carpets dried, Julian came back and took care of them a couple of days later. This is the third time VIP has cleaned one of our properties, and we're looking forward to having them continue to clean our rentals in the future.

The professionals at VIP Steemer with ease dyed and scotch guarded my carprets. I was afaid the red and blue stains from juice would cause me to have to pay for brand new capret. My carpets were dirty. I was required to have my carpets cleaned before I could recieve my deposit back. They were pretty dirty due to myself and two children. I was very concerned due to my neice spilling red juice and it not being able to come up. I take pretty good care of my carpets but I had my doubts on how anyone even a professional service could clean it up. I called Vip Steemer and explained the situation and the urgent need to get it done quickly. The representative was very professional and confident they would be able to remove the stain and have the carpets looking brand new to clear the inspection for a reasonable cost. We exchange information and we set up a time. Of course during moves you never really know how much time you have available so I had to reschudled our time for an hour later and Vip Steemer was very understanding. Vip Steemer arrived promtly and began cleaning. I had lots of little spots throughout my apartment and even a few ink spots. Children! When I came back the carpets were completed and all the spots even the ink and red juice stains were gone. The carpets look brand new. I was jealous I didn't use this service earlier. I was so excited because the cost was reasonable. I am very happy with the job Vip Steemer did. I would recommend them to anyone.

These furniture have been in the family for a long time and we have never had them cleaned. We have been thinking about replacing them, but other things keep taking priority. We used VIP Steemer to clean our carpet and were very pleased. We decided to give them a try on our upholsteries. We are very happy we did. As usual they were very courteous and professional. The life of our furniture has been extended - we have a few more years with them before we part.

Very well. I plan to use them every 6 months. I just found out that Julian cleans upholsteries, so I am going to look into this with my company and see if we can use them for that too. Great, friendly crew!

We have a 3 year old toddler running around the house experimenting. Needless to say we needed help with our beige carpet. They did a wonderful job; they were on time and very professional. They mean it when they say satisfaction is guaranteed. I was pleasantly pleased with the quality of work and the enthusiasm of the contractor. I have a very light cream colored cloth upholstery sofa so I was skeptical about using steam cleaning on it. I was afraid it would leave water stains or something. The technicians eased my concerns and assured me that this would not happen. VIP steemer did an excellent job cleaning my sofa thoroughly. Also, they were prompt and on-time and took a minimal amount of time to do a job well done.

The technician was very professional, punctual and efficient in the job that he did. My carpets are very old and had not been cleaned in a long time and had several difficult stains. When he was finished, the carpets looked almost new and the entire house had a fresh clean scent because of his great work. I am very pleased with the services provided by VIP Steemer. I would recommend their services to all.
