The estimate was free, They were, by far, the most. They were just far and away the best. The estimate consultation was very detailed and very thorough. They kind of go out of their way to make sure that you understand every element and every part of what they're going to replace. Like, what they're going to replace it with, the product they're going to use, how it's applied. It's a very thorough consultation for your estimate. Just about every part of it was well done. They were the quickest to respond. They came out right away. I guess, if they could improve one thing, like they do the pricing on the spot. I guess one thing they could do, they could still do the thorough consultation, but the actual numbers they could workout after they're gone from your house and just send you the number. That would have cut like a half an hour out of the consultation if they would have done that.

Needed a few items that I was not familiar with.  An employee ask if he could help and he found every item I was looking for.  Employee was professional, polite and nice to deal with

The Hispanic technicians who did the work pounded the tongue-and-groove sections together too hard so that all the seams show. I don't think the guy who installed could see too well, I think he should have been wearing glasses. I guess I should have spent more and bought the type of laminate that just snaps in place, no pounding required.
