Description of Work: Mold Wizard's Giuliano Cuete was outstanding. Called before he came and arrival was very punctual if not early. He explained many facets of my concerns and confirmed visually and with test the mold in my cellar. I opted to go forward with lab tests (fyi,extra cost for lab fees)for which he took samples both inside the living area and outdoors for comparison, as it should be. Results were received with in a week. I received further suggestions as to how to deal with the cellar and will definitely have this co. back if my symptoms resume this winter as they did last or the cellar is not in better repair by then. Highly recommend.

They were very responsive and gave us a price we could live with and fixed it on time and well so far. We are very happy and they tested for moisture which the other company did not. We would highly recommend.

I wanted to ask them if it was safe for me to remove the mold myself or if it was some kind of toxic mold that I needed a professional to remove. I didn't want to knock a whole in the wall and have a black cloud pour out. He couldn't officially tell me that it was absolutely safe. He said that a lot of people would be okay with doing it themselves.

Mold Wizard send David and his crew to remove the mold I had in the basement. He did a great job. During the process he made sure that no contamination would spread around by closing off the working area with plastic walls and running an air cleaning machine. The basement is mold free now and I am happy and recomend this company.
