I paid almost $300 to get my living room, Dining room, 2 bedrooms and my hallway, carpet steamed. He never steamed my carpet instead he shampooed it. ended up renting a carpet cleaner myself and doing my carpet myself, it looks amazing

Danny is very responsive and has helped us right away with a flooded basement. He has worked with our insurance company and prepared estimates. He has cleaned and repaired our carpets for over 15 years. He is thorough and takes his time. We trust him with fair pricing and to be in our house to work anytime, even if we are not home.

I used this business for the cleaning of a large rug. They came on time to pick up the rug and delivered it earlier than promised. I would recommend them for this type of service.

Prompt, professional, very nice

Our barely 4 year old carpet was quickly developing wrinkles and rolled sections so we looked at several companies on Homeadvisor and decided on Kashan. They were the best price and seemed ready to get this done quickly for us. Because our basement isn't very wide or large (although it's not small either) one guy used the knee kicker and went around the entire perimeter stretching section by section. I did supply them our in-house vacuum so they could clean as they went which was fine. I wouldn't have allowed that if it was going to be A LOT of cut carpet as I didn't want my cleaner clogged or canister overfilled. But it was fine. I actually cleared out the entire basement and put the single large sectional on carpet pads for easy sliding which they appreciated. But I had to do that when the carpet was installed too and it saves you a lot of cash doing some of any job yourself. Friendly, courteous and professional and I would definitely hire them again for other things like carpet cleaning or installs of non carpet flooring too.

Great company, Danny and hot people are great. They are a full service flooring company I learned. Hardwood, carpet, tile. I'll keep that in mind for sure.

Danny, the owner, picked up my rug. He did an inspection first and asked questions about any spills, etc. to determine what cleaning would be necessary. I appreciated the thoroughness. He returned the carpet looking great! The cleaning was a bit pricey but worth it!
