Our basement carpet got very wet due to the heavy rain at the end of May. After we got rid of the old carpet pad and dried out the carpet, we hired Kashan Carpet Care to install a new pad.

Danny and his crew were a godsend during a rather traumatic time (2-3 feet of water and sewage in basement from severe Memorial Day rains and flooding in Catonsville). They were prompt, efficient, and literally bailed me out of a bad situation.

Danny and Scott were friendly and patient throughout my carpet restretching project. Their work was of high quality, reasonably priced, and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services!

We ended up getting the entire carpet replaced as the carpet was too weak to be repaired. Danny was very good in explaining all the available choices and did a great job at a reasonable cost. I will definitely do business with him again.

Danny is a true professional. He promised to be at my house at 9:00. It was raining and traffic was worse than usual. He called to let me know he was running late. He repaired and restretched carpet in my man cave. It looks better than the day it was installed 5 years ago. In addition he cleaned all the carpet in my house. Everything looks great. Waiting on the return of two large area rugs being cleaned by Danny. I'm sure they will look great also.

He took the time to explain in detail how the rugs would be cleaned and reinstalled. Also,suggested a better grade of padding to extend life of the carpet.

Perfect couldnt have been any better.

Customer service was great. I had 2 large bedrooms and 1 long hallway that needed the carpet stretched. I was very happy with the bedrooms. The rooms and hallway were cleaned and vacuumed after the service was complete. I would use this service in the future.

Despite some unusual circumstances, they were able to complete the task efficiently and expertly. Danny was amazingly helpful. We are extremely pleased with their work.

Danny Kashan did a wonderful; job cleaning our oriental rugs which had not been cleaned in years and had some pet issues. He did a wonderful job getting everything cleaned and looking great. Definitely recommend Kashan Carpet Care
