Brendan provided us with excellent customer service. He came out promptly to give us an estimate, scheduled the work within a couple of weeks, and clearly explained each stage of the work as he went along. The refinished floors look terrific and we are very satisfied.

Brendan was an absolute professional from our first phone call to job completion. He was friendly, prompt, and totally knowledgeable about my project. I could not have asked for a more efficient and attentive company. Brendan, Conner, and Tommy worked with me on all decisions, and made adjustments whenever I asked. Brendan went beyond my expectations when he met me at the flooring company to help me with my selection and explain the differences between different types of floors. He was responsive to all texts and phone calls throughout the installation. On top of all of that, they did an outstanding job on my floors!! They look amazing!! It made it even better that I enjoyed working with such a friendly group of guys. I would highly recommend Flaherty Floors! They are the best!

Brendon showed up on time for the estimate and the work. He was professional, and the work (refinish front porch with a clear finish) was done well. He has offered to come back each spring to do any "touch up" work for a minimal fee.

Brendon was so helpful. I wanted our floor sanded and thought I wanted it re stained. When Brendon had the sanding done he mentioned how nice the various boards looked natural. He suggested we think about keeping it natural and seal it. One way or the other we were to be provided three layers of finish. Either one stain and two sealers or three sealer layers. We decided to keep it natural and love it! If he hadn't spoken up I know I wouldn't have been as happy!!!

This company was great to work with. From the first conversation until the job was complete they were pleasant and professional. I got multiple estimates and there's was by far the most reasonable. Floors look amazing...I will definitely use them again and highly recommend to any one needing work on hardwood floors.

Mr. Flaherty was very prompt and efficient. He even recommended a change to not dark stain a floor that we approved. The result was beautiful!!!

We were prepping our house to put on the market for sale and decided our floors needed to be done. He was able to start it right away and finished right on schedule. Kept us posted as to the status of floors with pictures since we live in a different state now. Floor look brand new. Would highly recommend!!!

Very professional, showed up on time and completed project when they said they would. Brendan and Tommy moved the larger pieces of furniture and even a stackable washer/dryer which another company wouldn't do. They put everything back, cleaned up, everything looked great! Definitely would use them again and will recommend them to all my friends. Great job!!!

Brendan and Tom came in and both were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Our floors look beautiful. They moved all my furniture and moved it back when the job was done. They also put sliders under our furniture as well. They gave me a timeframe when the job would be completed from start to finish and they did get the job done in the time quoted. I am very pleased with my refinished floors and in fact have already recommended Flaherty Floors to my neighbors.

Highly recommend! We hired Brendan and his team to do a total floor refinish on a house that needed A LOT of love. Flaherty was able to remove all of the stains, work in a super timely manner, and do a stellar job - our floors look brand new! He remained in contact with us throughout the entire job and was quick to answer any questions we had. He also worked with us to choose a stain that we not only love but that also suits the era of the house. All in all, working with Brendan was a very enjoyable experience and I can't speak more highly of him and his trade.

Brendan worked magic on our 50 year old white oak floors. He was very knowledgeable and made the floors look new! He added custom thresholds and trim to make the floors look great. We feel that his work was a good value, and I would recommend Brendan to anyone.
