Flaherty Floors

Great job floors look fantastic, Brendon Flaherty worked with our painting contractor to get the job done before we moved in. I would recommend him to anyone, it was a great experience, well worth the money.

We really liked them, personally. They were so nice, we felt safe with them in our home, and would have loved to have them as friends to hang out with. However, Brandon said they would choose the wood to match the grain. They didn't do that, and they even used pieces of wood that had obvious flaws in them; in one case a large sliver came off in my foot. There is a large bow in our bedroom. Also, our stairs have large gaps between pieces of wood which they filled with wood putty -and some finish pieces fell off, they were never attached. We asked them to come back and fix one stair, 5 mos later they haven't.

This was truly a great experience. Owner, Brendan Flaherty, was top-notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our hard wood floor questions. He and his competent assistant finished the job in three days and the results were terrific. We would definitely recommend Flaherty Floors!

Brendan did a nice job on the floors, but his overall professionalism was lacking. We had to reschedule several times due to 'other things going on" and he took my key to finish the job while I was away and he never returned it, despite several calls. Nice guy, just too many things going on...

Brian and Tommy are very pleasant and professional. They take pride in their work and do an excellent job. They did what they could to minimize disruption to the household during the work period (not easy when most of the house has hardwood floors). I would recommend Flaherty Floors without hesitation.

They did a great job. They did my living room, dining room, kitchen and first floor hallways and I was able to sleep upstairs in my house every night. They kept both the dust and the smell to a minimum. I never saw them as I leave early for work but they kept me informed of their progress and let me know I could get in and still use my house while they refinished the floors. One of the shoe base molding needs to be replaced with a non-standard version and they're coming to replace that next week. They'll get 5 stars after that because they've done an exceptional job.
