Description of Work: HVAC installation. I would absolutely use Don Hoffacker's again. The installation by went very well. They were timely, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They very patiently instructed me on how to operate the system. |Before purchasing I met with and received quotes from four other companies. Hoffacker's was the lowest cost for the system I wanted. In addition, they did not try to overwhelm me with information or talk down to me because I was a woman, which is something I experienced elsewhere.

Description of Work: Fixed wall board that was damaged when the new furnaces were put in.

Description of Work: New furnace. They were so good and professional that we changed our contract to them after being with our other service for 20 years. We have several people who also use them.

Description of Work: This is the second time that we used their service. Last year, they assisted us after we had a terrible experience with another firm. "Brian" came in to check our two systems. He returned this year for an annual check-up. We found "Brian" prompt, reliable, and well-qualified. Brian gives a detailed report of the check. The price is fair; they'll check one system for about $89. We do not have a contract with them--you don't save much by having one and it has an automatic renewal clause.

Description of Work: I signed a one year contract to have my HVAC inspected two times. They performed the spring/summer inspection.

Description of Work: The contractor for Pepco that installed a new thermostat didn't set it up correctly so that it wasn't turning on the compressor when heating the house. He identified that, requiring Pepco's contractor to come out and adjust the configuration.

Description of Work: Service tech "Don" showed on time and got straight to work. Quickly identified the faulty part and also showed the insect (what was left of it) that caused the failure. Also performed the spring PM on my 2 zone system. Price for the PM seemed a little steep, however overall I'm very pleased with the service call.

Description of Work: have purchased two air conditioners and a furnace from them and have been extremely satisfied with every thing they have done
