He came at the exact time of the appoointment- with all the tools and equipment required to complete the job no matter how difficult. He stayed with the quoted price--and explained why the job cost what it cost. he offer an option for a lesser price--but i opted for the full price--which was high but fair. i"m very pleased with his work.

I am very pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism of the Byers Security Team. Mike Byers and Paul are both polite, personable and skilled in their trade. I had the plaster (the wood around my front door) complete removed and replaced. Mike worked with me and recommended the type of plaster to use. In addition to just replacing the wood with the latest type of plaster made of high-tech, no maintenance materials, my storm door, which was attached to the old wooden plaster, needed to be removed. Replacing the door presented quite a engineering problem. The storm door could not be attached to the new plaster as it would not support the door's weight. Not to worry! Mike and Paul came up with an ingenious method to install the storm door to make it actually look part of the entire structure! My house has never looked better! In addition the the amazing work on the front of my house, Mike and Paul worked on fixing a wooden awning on my deck. This also was a difficult engineering problem, again solved by Mike and Paul. They also installed a kitchen fan, a model recommend by Mike. I am so pleased with it's quit operation! I can't even hear it rotate. They also installed a sliding screen door, cut corroded brass bolts for me, and as an added bonus replaced my flag holder near my front door. Old Glory never looked better! They showed up on time, worked hard, explained everything the were going to do (keeping me informed of every step they were going to do before they did it) and charged me, to the penny, the quote I received, even though they ran into the problems. I am so pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to call Mike and Paul again. I would recommend to anyone that has any jobs

I used Paul Paige of Paul's Contractor and Installer and from beginning to end was extremely happy with the service. His customer service was personable and responsive; his knowledge of what I needed done (installation of patio doors) was top-knotch; he was accommodating in picking up my product; and timely and an expert in installing it and also removing the old doors. His price was also in the right ball park and I feel that I got a great value all the way around. I would definitely use Paul again and recommend him highly to others.

The guy that came was very professional and courteous. The price wasn't too bad.

I had several interior closet doors needing repair, and two sliding doors with lock and handle problems. Paul Paige responded quickly to my request for an estimate. He came the day after we spoke on the phone, gave me a clear estimate, and was able to do all the work while he was here. He and his assistant were professional, polite, did very good work and cleaned up after themselves. He did not try to "sell" me on replacing what could be repaired. I would recommend him to anyone.

The serviceman, Paul, was prompt, courteous, very helpful. He also had the part on his truck. I was truly happy because I had paid a locksmith the day before and he could not fix the lock, because the lock was made specifically for the Weatherguard door that I had. After striking out the day before and being short a few extra dollars I was happy to have someone who knew about my product and could get the job done in a most efficient manner and timeframe.
