good experience in every regard; love the railing

The owner Micharel did exactly what he said he would do in an efficient and timely manner--price seemed better than expected and job looks great--would highly recommend his business.

I loved them. The gentleman was very professional, came in my house and showed me pictures of his other projects. Let me picked what I wanted, colors and everything. He made sure everything was the way I wanted it done.

The work was completed showing expertise and experience with metal fabrication/repair with good knowledge of safety involved with metal grinding, cutting and welding procedures.

Mr, Byers did the work professionally at a reasonable cost. His was my second proposal for the job. Since the very large door is over 50 years old, it required real know-how to do it right, and he had that ability. I don't recall the first but you probably have the record. Frankly, my feeling about the first was that they are a general contractor, that is only interested in big jobs, and considered my job more as a waste of their time. They gave me a much higher bid than Byers, and wouldn't guarantee their work. I also felt that they were here to sell me a door replacement rather than repair.

the work was completed to my satisfaction however I was disappointed that I was not called back to confirm date of installation. Granted we were caught in the middle of the blizzard have to continue to call to see if the work would be done after the initial consultation. Once the work was completed, trash from the repairs and install was left in my front and back yards.

The project was completed on time. I was made aware of how the metal railing were to be installed and shown what tool would be used for installation. Fabrication of rails were spot on!! Mr Byers was very courteous and professional.
